  Darren and his coaching team do a great job of making the gym feel very inclusive. I always enjoyed the sessions and felt I was learning something new every class. Definitely recommend Inverted Diamond for anyone out there thinking about starting BJJ classes. Whilst I had to step back due to an injury, I wish now that I had started years ago. I spent too long just thinking about joining, so don't hesitate and sign up for classes.

  Excellent experience. Joined in Jan for the Beginners intake and recently passed out to the fundamentals class. Great range of classes in both Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to take up BJJ.

  My son and I both train here and we have both had a great experience. The coaches are excellent and really know how to teach, especially when it comes to working with younger kids (my son is 4). They are patient, professional, and the classes are great for building confidence in a fun way. The facilities are great, there are loads of classes to choose from, and everyone is friendly and supportive. It is a brilliant place to train, whether you are an adult or bringing your kids along.

  I have been attending the ladies classes on a Sunday as a newbie to Jiu-Jitsu and can't fault it. Its clear Darren has worked hard to create a Jiu-Jitsu Academy that advocates discipline, respect, patience and a supportive environment. I feel I have grown personally each time I have attended class. Its been great to make new friends, and learn from Darren. Highly recommend.
