    My boy Rudy went for his first class last night and he was buzzing when he came out he loved it and Jamie the head coach was totally sound cheers

    Very family friendly. Been training with Alan and Jamie for many years ,15 plus. Everything from Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing and fitness along with knowledgeable coaches. Nothing more you can ask for.
