  Impact is awesome and a great workout! The guys are incredibly welcoming, and are actively engaged in the class. The club has a great community vibe and lots of opportunities for other actvities like sparring outside of the 1hr30min session. Looking forward to improving and earning more belts!

  Both my sons really enjoy training with Andy, he is a great instructor, very patient and personable. The sessions are affordable and fun, and students make good progress each week. Adults are very happy to help out with juniors, which is lovely to see, and contributes to the overall positive atmosphere.

  Fantastically run club where the teaching is engaging for both children and adults and everyone really loves going to train! A must for anyone who has any interest in kick-boxing or fitness in general!! Highly recommend!!!

  Great and affordable kids and adults kickboxing classes. Andy is the greatest, also his number 2 trainer (can't remember his name), are both great with both of my kids. Amazing communication and professionalism. Definitely recommend.

  I have been training here for around 19 years. Excellent instructors, and fun classes that teach practical techniques that boost confidence and self defence. I would highly recommend for Juniors and Adults. It is also one of the few places you can train alongside your childs class - if required!
