Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to take my lad to Luton for his gymnastics today so took the opportunity to train at 210 Jiu Jitsu tonight. Boy it was a very hot one and lots of very hard rounds of rolling but loved every minute of it. Thanks so much to coach Keiron for making me feel so welcome. The facilities are located in the top floor of the gymnastics building. There are beautiful Zebra mats on the floor and plenty of space to train. Kieron is a legit awesome black belt with excellent pedigree. You’ll be absolutely fine starting here if it’s your first time.

Having grown up in Luton I felt comfortable and at home from the first session. A great group of people and coaches. For anyone looking to get into BJJ or looking for a friendly club to exercise and better yourself. I could not recommend this club more. Expect to be pushed and become a better version of yourself.

210 is a true family. Best club I’ve found after 8 years of training (multiple different clubs & martial arts). The coaching is world-class and the standard/ability of the members far exceeds any other club I’ve attended. However, the standout quality of 210 isn’t the coaching or students' ability, but the incredible culture the coaches have nurtured. From my first day, I felt like I belonged, immediately being acknowledged and brought into conversations and banter. The strength of the team spirit directly results from the quality leadership of the club, and is one of the countless reasons I would recommend 210 Jiu Jitsu to anyone and everyone.

Loved my visit here. Dropped in for an open mat while visiting family, received a warm welcome and had a ton of excellent technical rounds. I do a lot of traveling and have trained in a lot of different places all over the UK and Europe, and this place is up there for sure. You’d be extremely lucky to have this on your doorstep. Highly recommended, thanks again for the hospitality and wicked rounds.

210s family/ community vibe is really infectious. What Coach Aaron and Coach Keiron have built is pretty amazing and really cool to be part of. They're super welcoming, you get top TOP level coaching and also they're both super approachable which helps massively. Also has to be said everyone else associated with 210 are an awesome bunch, loads of different backgrounds, fun, friendly, respectful, and will always provide challenging but safe rolls to constantly improve your Jiu-jitsu. The best experience available for a newbie/ white-belt like me to fit in, but ask around and find out for yourself... or just give it a go 🙂 Classses available for all levels, ladies only classes available too and kids classes. Hands down you just won't find a better place than 210 to train. Recommend to all
