    Been here for a couple of months now, I came from combat and exercise which was also a good gym but I feel like at impact they focus on your technique alot more which is what I wanted. At combat my footwork was looked at after 3 months but on my first session here Josh took me Infront of the mirror and taught me how to stand, how to throw a punch etc and even after 5 months being here, he still works on us individually throughout the session! Amazing gym! Amazing vibe!

    One of the best coaches for body mechanics and footwork I've ever seen. This guy teaches 5' tall women to hit harder than the average 6' bloke. Lee and Josh understand boxing as an art and a science far more profoundly than most coaches in my experience.
