Great gym great people . Currently having boxing lessons with one of the coaches there (martin) and he's great , the kids lessons are fantastic aswell my lads look forward to going every week.
Went to a BJJ Turtles session to try get the lad into it. From the moment it started people took interest and involved him and also talked to me (was watching) which felt great. Told the lad I wouldn’t let him do anything that I hadn’t tried so signed myself up for a class. First one was free aswell people. Straight away your welcomed and involved not pushed into anything all is at a pace that feels amazing and gets you wanting more. When you go back the welcome is still there the people interact with you more it feels great and you will be back over and over again. Can’t praise the Coaches for Andre Ramos BJJ enough and the people from BST are also welcoming and friendly great place to go to get yourself on a new journey
Attended my first bjj class and was made to feel extremely welcome. I am very out of shape but was made to feel.comfortable going at my own pace. On top of this the head instructor was fantastic and took time to go through basics with me so I wasn't thrown in at the deep end. 100% recommend.
Great atmosphere and great bunch of people. Awesome place to train. 👍🏻
