I originally came to Ignite just to ask about classes… and next thing I know, Coach Freddy convinced me to go home, change, and come back to try a class that same day 😂 The energy is just that contagious. I came in with zero experience, but the atmosphere is super welcoming. Coach Rob was so sweet when I first came in, and both him and Freddy make it obvious how much they love what they do, you feel it in the way they teach, encourage, and celebrate the small wins. The classes are beginner-friendly but still push you in the best way. Everyone is supportive, no ego, just a great community. If you’re thinking about trying something new, seriously… just go. I’m three classes in and already all in.

I had a great experience training here. From day one, everyone was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and really good at breaking things down so you can keep improving. The facility is always clean and well taken care of, I’ve learned a lot of combat skills since I joined just a few months ago. Highly recommend to anyone looking to train!

This gym has the highest quality instructors. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Gym is always kept very clean. Great variety of classes including BJJ, Wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing and more. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to train.

Such a good vibe here! I've attended their yoga classes, a boxing class, and most recently wrestling. I can't recommend them enough! From the clean and bright rooms, to the friendly instructors; this gym is a 10/10! I will definitely be adding wrestling into my regular workout, especially since I very quickly got humbled by an 11 year old :)

My name is Paul Scourtoudis and I currently go to Ignite MMA. I must say this place is truly one of the best you can go to if not the best. They have the best coaches from Canada, the place is very clean, and they truly make you better than you were yesterday. If you are looking for a MMA gym and you don’t know where to go take my advice and come to Ignite MMA.
