  I can’t recommend Hit Squad enough! As a woman training here, I’ve loved both the striking and grappling classes. The atmosphere is welcoming and so supportive! The coaches take the time to get to know you and help you work towards your goals! I’d encourage any women who are thinking about trying it to come for a taster session, everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable straight away!

  Great gym and great people. Wasn't that confident going into a new gym but hitsquad is really welcoming. Done one to one sessions with Stuart and feel like I've learnt a lot within a matter of weeks. I would recommend to anyone wanting to try martial arts even as a beginner.

  I have been training at this gym recently and I can honestly say that the trainers are a fantastic bunch of people; knowledgeable and very friendly. There is wide variety of contact sports on offer and it's well equipped. If you want to up your game and get some personal training I can highly recommend Ben Singleton.

  This gym is just perfect! I started with hit squad back in October22 (under uwcb) and all the coaches where extremely patient given I had zero experience. 6months down the line and I’m doing around 6 sessions a week. Everyone involved with hit squad are just 1st class!
