I am new to Japanese Jujitsu, and was looking for a martial art model which was grounded in a constructive, consistent method of self defence, without the high flying acrobatics affiliated with some martial arts partially due to my age, and fitness levels. I feel like I have been accepted, and supported in this new chapter of life...which I am grateful for.
