I have been bringing my 6 years old son to HKA for a month now. He loves to come here. I can see it is not only fun for the boys but he is learning discipline and team work.

My son has been going to HKA for around a year now, he looks forward to it every week and always has a great time. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. I like the quarterly grading sessions because you get to see the progress they are making. Thanks a lot

Great gym to train kickboxing and improve yourself as a person. They great you with a friendly smile and walk you through an engaging free taster session. You will be put through your paces with punch & kick combinations and also circuit training to enhance your fitness to prepare you to train kickboxing at a high level. The staff there will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and develop both adults and children into better martial artists and people. They are especially good for people of all ages needing confidence boosts and looking for a social way to get active. I'd recommend this academy, no exceptions.

'Is he going to kickboxing tonight?' My daughter would whisper to me as we picked my son up from school. If the answer was 'yes' I'd hear her sigh 'thank goodness'. My son would come out of school in a bad mood everyday and we would suffer the consequences. Full of pent up energy and frustration, and not being an academic, a feeling to unachievement and sometimes failure. But then I'd drop him at kickboxing and an hour later I'd have my son back, happy and relaxed. Testosterone drained in a constructive way and a sense of achievement, every week learning something new and getting a little bit fitter and better at the skills. Over the months he saw it too, wanting to train more, encouraging friends to join. His confidence in himself grew, in how his body changed, how he felt about himself and the positive improvements in his interactions with others. I don't know what you do in that room on a nightly basis but whatever it is you are doing, you are doing it right, and for that I cannot thank you enough!

We can’t recommend HKA highly enough. Our daughter, Bonnie has tried so many different activities over the years, but nothing has sparked her passion and confidence quite like kickboxing. She takes real pride in her uniform before every session, makes sure her bag is packed and ready, and comes home buzzing with excitement, eager to show us what she’s learned. She talks constantly about progressing, earning her next belts, and setting goals for herself something we haven’t seen with any other activity. The instructors create such a positive, motivating environment that builds not just physical skills, but confidence, discipline, and self-belief. It’s been amazing to watch Bonnie grow in both ability and mindset, and she genuinely looks forward to every class. HKA has been a brilliant experience for her, and we’re so grateful to have found a club that encourages and inspires children in such a supportive way.

My son had his 5th birthday party here & WOW! Zak & his team today were absolutely amazing! The children had so much fun from start to finish! They were kept thoroughly entertained throughout and didn’t stop running around, they all came out looking like beetroots 🤣 & to top off an amazing party Amari got to cut his cake with a samurai sword! What 5 year old boy wouldn’t want to do that! All the stress was completely taken away as HKA sort everything for you from decorating to party bags! Thank you again Zak & team for making my baby’s party the best it could have ever been! I would highly recommend booking a party with HKA!

Myself and my daughters love training at HKA. The professionalism and friendly environment is next level and everybody feels like family. There are excellent opportunities to attend various seminars and you can train at whatever intensity you like. From general fitness and social classes through to sparring, squad training and PT sessions. There are also many opportunities to compete. If you want somewhere where you can feel embraced, empowered and get fit in the process, this is the place to be.

My children (4 and 7) have been training there since April this year and they totally love it. I can see they are more confident now and it's great to see them exercise, and ultimately, they have great fun and are always looking forward to their lessons. As a parent, I am happy as well with the way the Academy is run, very organised and there is always someone to help when needed; everybody is approable and the young coaches are great with the little ones.

I had a great few months training at Hastings Kickboxing Academy. The sessions were intense and rewarding, thanks to the young and fired-up coach, Calum. The energy and dedication of the team and all the members made every class enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build discipline, grow confidence, and improve my mental health!

Perfect place to find your clan. I joined the ladies Monday and Thursday morning sessions a few months ago as ' an older woman'. A little worried about how it would go (1st session free), I was welcomed by Jen and Caz along with all the lovely ladies, too numerous to mention. It really is all inclusive and a big extended family. Jen doesn't 'dumb it down', it's full on cardio, training and sparring. I love it.
