I was listening to Diary of a CEO’s podcast about women’s health, and realized I really needed to start lifting again. It had been about 8 years since I had a consistent routine, and I kept running into small injuries in jiujitsu. GSP welcomed me with open arms and gave me a reliable workout schedule. It has a great environment for everyone, from beginners to absolute tanks. I’ve remembered my love for lifting heavy, and have made meaningful friendships with the coaches and my fellow gym members. I’ve seen direct results in my jiujitsu game, and would recommend to anyone who wants to take their game to the next level.

The folks here have impressive technical expertise, run the business efficiently using modern apps, and helpfully accommodate your needs. They also have some great ties to the local BJJ community, including with Caio Terra Association and Ares BJJ Association affiliates. Highly recommend for grapplers looking for sport-specific conditioning.

Came across GSP on IG and one of the grappling seminars co-led by Matt (the owner) and Diana from OpenMatPhysio. I've been training under Brendan for the past year and he is such a positive and uplifting coach who pushes and grows his athletes (within their limits) and tailors their respective programs to their body mechanics. I've had the most growth since joining GSP and met a lot of likeminded athletes who are also very friendly. If you're one of those athletes who hate to lift solo or need more accountability within their busy schedules, GSP is the right place for you! You might have some sticker shock when you see the membership prices but I promise to you it is one of the best investments you can make, especially if you really value your time. 10/10 recommended!

I’ve met Matt and team of Grappling Strength & Performance at jiujitsu. Way before going to the gym. What I like about this place is that there is no subjectivity involved. The coaches will guide you through the workout but each lift is recorded. So you’ll be able to judge by yourself how much you are progressing. For me in 2-3 months, I was able to lift weights I wasn’t able to before starting the program. Highly recommend this place!

I've only been training with Grappling Strength & Performance for about 4 weeks but I've already seen tremendous progress. I feel stronger and more explosive on the mat. My mobility progress has been steady and I'm slowly increasing my range of motion. I want to give a shout-out to Bishop. He has been an excellent coach and has helped me continue to push myself each session. We're just getting started and I'm excited to see where I go!
