  I recently started training here a couple weeks ago. Sensei and Coach Josh make sure you understand the technical theory of their respective arts(Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) and push you to your limits every session. There is a culture of respect, and of toughness in the face of adversity. The Judo classes include people of all ages, and there are several parents who enjoy having their kids train at this professional and family-oriented environment. Mats are sanitized after every session and pandemic safety protocols are strictly enforced. I came across this gym by chance, and I’m glad I found it.
