  I had the chance to drop in at Granite State BJJ for a couple of classes and an open mat, and it was an awesome experience. Coach Bryan was super welcoming and made it easy to jump right in. His instruction was clear, technical, and no-nonsense—but still laid-back enough to make the whole vibe feel comfortable and fun. The crew at the gym was great—tough rolls, good energy, no egos. Just solid jiu-jitsu and a group of athletes who clearly love to train and help each other improve. Whether you’re a local or just swinging through the area, Granite State BJJ is 100% worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

  I reached out to a couple places in my area to get some info about trying out BJJ. Bryan the owner was quick to get back to me and invited me to a class after answering all my questions. A week later and a couple classes in and I can tell I made the right choice. Everyone I’ve met so far has accepted me as the newest member of their family. I highly recommend this school.

  I live in New York and was back in New Hampshire for a couple of weeks and came into Granite State BJJ while I was here. Bryan is a knowledgeable, patient and efficient instructor that I had the pleasure of working with while I was back, and was also very impressed on how welcoming and open the community here is. If you’re looking for a highly qualified and knowledgeable instructor along with a great group of people to work with, then look no further.

  Being interested in jiu jitsu but unsure where to start, Bryan's beginner program was a great experience where I could learn the basics in a small group with lots of individual attention. He gave us good instruction and answered any and all questions. It was a great introduction to the world of jiu jitsu and got me ready to join a regular class with more experienced students. I look forward to continuing my training with Granite State BJJ and Bryan.

  I visited Granite State BJJ during a trip to NH and I loved it. Bryan’s instruction was easy to follow and I felt very comfortable in his class, despite being new to bjj. I wish I lived in the area so I could train there! Edit: I live in NH now and frequently train here!

  Really great gym, I've been coming here for about two years and recently got my blue belt. Lots of personal attention, great instructor with lots of emphasis on sharp technique winning over size and strength. And best of all, accepts cryptocurrency! Would definitely recommend, it's a great place to train.

  Great BJJ Academy with top notch instruction! This place is great for all levels from beginner to expert. Zero egos here and a ton of fun! Very safe and clean environment. Kids program is top notch too, a great blend of fun and instruction. Highly recommended.

  Bryan is one of the most patient, skillful, and enthusiastic people I have had the pleasure of training with. I highly recommend Granite State to anyone interested in starting BJJ, and anyone interested in visiting. You will get some of the most personal instruction on the seacoast. It's hard to leave one of Byian's classes without learning a thing or two you will use for a long time.

  I have trained at some of the best gyms in the world. Vegas,Cali,Thailand NH all over! If you are interested in some high quality Jiu Jitsu for any number of reasons ( weight loss, self defense, self confidence). Trust me when I say Brian at Granite State BJJ has the knowledge, personality to help you achieve any of you Jiu Jitsu goals. Brian was my nephew's (4-7yo)BJJ coach and definitely his favorite coach.
