I had the chance to drop in at Granite State BJJ for a couple of classes and an open mat, and it was an awesome experience. Coach Bryan was super welcoming and made it easy to jump right in. His instruction was clear, technical, and no-nonsense—but still laid-back enough to make the whole vibe feel comfortable and fun. The crew at the gym was great—tough rolls, good energy, no egos. Just solid jiu-jitsu and a group of athletes who clearly love to train and help each other improve. Whether you’re a local or just swinging through the area, Granite State BJJ is 100% worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Bryan at Granite State BJJ is such a great instructor. He provides an awesome atmosphere for training and goes above and beyond! Super glad I found his gym to leanr BJJ!

I cannot say enough good things about Granite State. The gym is spacious and clean. Coach Bryan takes his time working with his students teaching them techniques for their size to best use. Definitely check them out!

I live in New York and was back in New Hampshire for a couple of weeks and came into Granite State BJJ while I was here. Bryan is a knowledgeable, patient and efficient instructor that I had the pleasure of working with while I was back, and was also very impressed on how welcoming and open the community here is. If you’re looking for a highly qualified and knowledgeable instructor along with a great group of people to work with, then look no further.
