    Michael and Brian are outstanding coaches and people. Patient instructors with a wealth of knowledge in pure Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. If its a family friendly academy that focuses on self defense that you are searching for then this is your place in the Chattanooga area.

    If you want to train with some awesome people, this is a great school. I’ve taken away a nugget of knowledge from every class. The people are awesome and very friendly. It’s a clean environment and a heck of a workout. If you want to learn how to tie people into knots while simultaneously getting in awesome shape, this place is for you!
