  An amazing academy! My kids and I had one last day in the area while traveling from the US and searched for near by jiujitsu schools. Incredible gracious and welcoming. kids trained with the teen class and I had the opportunity to train their adults fundamentals class. Very safe , Very fun and a great workout. Totally recommend anyone in the area to check out Gracie Barra Salisbury

  I have been at Gracie Barra Salisbury since January, I love it. I have had a few ups and downs but the Coaches have been fully supportive and kind throughout, I'm a slow learner, so going through all the techniques and fundamentals at a steady pace has helped my development. Learning what the moves are and where they lead is so important for development. ( some places just teach you the fancy stuff and the end moves),for me, it's not about winning, it's about learning. One day I hope to compete and I know with you guys I'll get there. 😀

  Great place for beginners!I walked into this gym with zero martial arts experience and was honestly a bit nervous. But from day one, instructor Cal have been incredibly professional and patient. He breaks down techniques clearly and make sure everyone understands before moving on. Everyone from white belts to experienced practitioners is willing to help and share knowledge. No egos, just people genuinely excited to help each other improve. The facility itself is top-notch and modern, which creates a great training atmosphere. And I have to mention - when the hot weather hit few weeks ago, that air conditioning was a lifesaver!

  My experience at Gracie Barra Salisbury was fantastic, and I am excited to train there myself and planning to bring my daughters along to learn. I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in martial arts, regardless of age or skill level. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the facility is top-notch with a great location. They offer a wide range of classes that cater to different interests and skill levels, making it accessible for everyone. It is a great place to improve your physical fitness, learn new skills, and have fun in the process.

  My sons absolutely love attending class at Gracie Barra Salisbury - I would recommend the classes to everyone! The coaches are patient & encouraging but also instil discipline and respect into every lesson. Thank Team Salisbury!
