Our second home! I train at Gracie Barra Georgia with my son, and it has been an absolutely amazing experience for both of us! I was looking for a place where we could train together, and this school has exceeded all of my expectations. The coaches are incredibly skilled, patient, and know how to teach both adults and kids in a way that’s easy to understand. They create a great balance between pushing you to improve while ensuring that you’re learning the techniques safely. I’ve seen huge improvements in my own skills, and my son is gaining so much confidence both on and off the mats. What I love most is how family-friendly the environment is. The school is super welcoming, and training alongside my son has become a great bonding experience. The kids’ program is fun and engaging, and I love how the coaches instill discipline, respect, and sportsmanship while keeping the classes exciting. The community here is top-notch too. Anazing gym! I’ve been training here going on five years and I still love training here. I love about 45 minutes to an hour away and still make the commute whenever I can because of how much I love the family, high-quality training, and the respect everyone at this gym.

We recently enrolled our child and he absolutely loves the program. The coaches are very patient and continuously work with the kids. They continue to teach the kids discipline and patience. I recently visited Gracie Barra Georgia while on a work trip, and I was very impressed with the warm and friendly atmosphere. The instructors were all knowledgeable and patient, and they took the time to explain the techniques in a way that we all could understand. The students were also very friendly and welcoming, and I felt like I was part of the community right away!
Just joined and had my third class. Very excited. Classes are fun and informative, instructors enjoy teaching, classmates seem to genuinely want to better one another.

My only regret is not stopping in sooner. If you want to learn BJJ in a very welcoming safe environment…this is the place. It’s not intimating at all and very family friendly. My 5 year old daughter also trains here with me. Jiu Jitsu really is for all body types, shapes, sizes, and ages. We have people training well into their 50’s and 60’s. No better way to improve your fitness, cardio, flexibility, and most importantly…self defense in the protection of yourself and your family. Let’s do it!

Gracie Barra Georgia is an amazing place to train! Professor Fabio and his family are leaders within Gracie Barra and the Jiu Jitsu community overall. As a Black Belt myself with 22 years of training I highly recommend training at GB Georgia for all levels and for families as well.
This place is amazing. They are all so patient with the children. My son is homeschooled so we were trying to find activities for him and nothing stuck... until we came here. He absolutely LOVES it here, and so do we. He’s learned discipline, respect, and his coordination has improved tremendously since he’s joined.
