My kiddos love it here. The gym has a positive vibe and a strong kids program, including a focus on women and girls. The classes exhaust my kids (love them getting so much conditioning!) and they have a blast. The student/instructor ratio is often 2:1. Pryscilla, Kevin and Denino model strength, focus, and indomitable spirit without machismo.
I cannot say enough good things about Global BJJ and the community thereof. Welcoming staff and students, clean facilities and outstanding instruction. There are female and male training partners, kids program and enough classes to enable the most dedicated to train as much as they want. We're hooked and will only be attending Global when in Naples.

Our whole family trains with Global BJJ in both Gi and no-gi. Despite our varying levels of experience the Professors and Coaches have created a digestible, challenging, and rewarding training program for all of us to enjoy. They have kids, women’s, family, and adult classes, a big training space, with room for spectators (read:parents), and in-gym bathrooms and change rooms. A great spot to start or advance your BJJ journey. OSS!

Great place to bring young ones! My 4yo daughter was well received when I first brought her in. All the coaches were super patient and helpful towards her and made her feel comfortable. Although she’s very social and gets along with everyone, she has made a great bond with coach Pryscilla. Coach P has been VERY patient and makes sure to explain everything throughly to her! Definitely cannot say enough great things about her!
My children have been training at Global Jiu-jitsu for 2 months and they love it. All coaches show discipline and respect towards the children while sharing their knowledge and techniques of the sport. My daughter has created a very special bond with each of the coaches since they have all motivated her to feel brave and confident, giving her the necessary tools to defend herself if she ever needed it. I can highlight that Coach Priscilla in particular has become someone that my daughter admires and sees as a role model in this combat sport for her bravery, perseverance and passion for it.
The culture at Global is very welcoming and encouraging. All of the coaches here are knowledgeable and experienced, yet they are also patient, humble, and understanding. Being brand new to BJJ is terrifying, but the coaches and fellow practitioners at Global make going to that second, third, fourth, etc., class exciting and rewarding. We’ve also started taking our kids, and the coaches do a great job focusing on the basics to prevent injury, while maintaining a fun environment to keep the little ones coming back for more. Coach Pryscilla takes the little ones aside, helps them through each movement, and most importantly wears them out!

Global BJJ gym is a fantastic place to learn BJJ! Me and my daughter have been training here for just a few months, and we’ve learned so much from our instructor (Coach Priscilla). She’s always willing to teach us! She treats us respectfully and challenges us to be our best. She encourages and motivates her students, young and old, to believe in themselves. She is thorough and consistent. On the way home from the class, we can’t wait to return to the next one. We feel lucky we found this gym in our neighborhood.
Great place to train! The staff & professors are friendly and the gym is clean. I was traveling for a conference and am glad I found this place. I am grateful for being able to get in a few rounds with their competitors while on the road for work. Everyone was very cool and inviting - they didn’t hold it against me that I was visiting from New Jersey ;)

I decided to start BJJ at Global in my 30’s and I was unsure how I’d do! I’ve been given so much support, confidence, and encouragement from Master, Professor, Coaches, and my peers. I highly recommend training here if you’re ready to learn.
I love this place! Great leaders. Great atmosphere. Clean and safe. And most of all, great training partners/friends. I've been training jiu jitsu for 6 years prior to moving to Naples and joining Global. I've had great instructors along the way. Learning from Master Deninho, a world champion, is really accelerating my growth with battle tested techniques and instruction. Most of all, I am having a ton of fun. Regardless of your experience, this is the place for you.
Great place to train. Amazing instructor, he breaks down moves if you don't get them on the first try. I train with the adults but I come to the kids wrestling classes Tuesday and Thursdays to get some extra practice in! May sound silly but those wrestling take downs are top tier.
5 stars all around. This gym is both welcoming and challenging. Everyday we are learning new skills and helping each other improve. The environment is friendly. The instructors are all great and I’ve learned a lot from each. The fact that Master Denniho continues to prove himself in competition motivates us to work harder. 10/10 recommend.
Professor Deninho shows detailed instruction that is beneficial to all levels. His students, many at or near the beginner level, attend nearly every day as they have discovered a new passion with Jiu Jitsu.

Awesome place to learn and train! Master Deninho is a phenomenal instructor that genuinely cares about his students learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Not only is he a great teacher, he is a great practitioner as well that travels the world competing. Whether you are a hobbyist or a competitor, this is the BEST place for BJJ in southwest Florida.
Great environment! Morning crew is a great group and I really enjoy my time there. Prof. Denis takes his time and teaches everything very well. Everybody is very welcoming and great to be around. Everyone takes their time to teach what they know which is awesome.
Been training for 3 months with Master Deninho. Down 20 lbs and learning every day how to live with the mindset of a champion from a world champion. I started as a middle age athlete and Master Deninho’s attention to detail and technique ensures that I am not getting unnecessary injury’s. He is ranked number 1 for his bracket and competes for the world championship this week! Coming to Global for a new skillset and a new outlook on life was an excellent decision for me. If you are thinking of trying BJJ or a long time BJJ athlete this gym will accommodate you.
GBJJ is a wonderful academy with great culture, great training hours and programs, for all ages, and its the only academy which opens 7 days a week in Naples! I joined Global Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy a few months ago after getting references about Master Denihno from different sources. Master Denihno, apart from being incredibly passionate about teaching jiujitsu, is a world renowned jiujitsu fighter, who actively competes worldwide, with many achievements and gold medals to his name. Grateful to be able to train and learn from him; a real eminence of the sport. Look him up!
This is one of the best schools I have ever trained at. Not only is the material awesome but the training is hard, yet attainable. The instructor(s) are always pushing students in a positive way and helping to push us to the next level regardless of age and physical ability. Everyone is friendly and supportive from professor to peer! One of the most impressive things about Global Jiu jitsu is that our head instructor is still competing and winning at the global level!! His jiu jitsu lineage and dedication to the sport is felt in everything we do at the school. He has even had BJJ hall of farmers attend ceremonies and the network of schools and instructors that make up our jiu jitsu family is of the highest pedigree. I can’t say enough about this place! I found a place to challenge me and provide new friendships. What more could one want in a place to train one of life’s most critical skills.. grit!
What an amazing school. I’ve been training for almost 8 years and this school has everything you could ask for. The one thing that sets it apart is our coach Deninho is ranked #1 in the world and still actively competes. We see him push himself and have amazing success that inspires us all. He is humble and so easy to get along with but you see him bring back all that gold and you know your friend is a monster on the mats.

I cannot recommend Global Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Coach P highly enough! My son has been attending classes here for several months now and the transformation in his skills and confidence is simply remarkable. Coach P is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and engaging with the kids. She takes the time to explain techniques in a way that is easy to understand, and he always makes sure that everyone is comfortable and safe during training. The facilities are top-notch as well, with plenty of space for students to practice and all the equipment they need to excel in their training. But what sets it apart is the sense of community coach P has fostered among his students and parents. Everyone is incredibly supportive and encouraging; my son has made great friends here. Overall, I would highly recommend Global Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking for a place for their kids to boost their confidence, and become part of a welcoming and supportive community. Five stars all the way!
I trained here in the early morning classes during my spring break visit as drop-in. Had a great experience. Everyone we welcoming , nice and very positive. Facility is great. Master Deninho is an excellent teacher. I travel a lot and alway try to drop in to train where ever I go. This was one of my best experiences as a guest . I really enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity and hospitality. I would highly recommend this gym for BJJ training for all levels..
I am 39 years old and a newbie to Jiu-Jitsu. I loved it here! The coaches are friendly and patient. Other members are also very helpful and authentic. They made the introduction to Jiu-Jitsu over the weekend so much fun, while the challenge much less intimidating than it seemed. I highly recommend it!
This place is awesome. My 5 year old son and myself have been going here for a month now. As someone new to the sport the moment I walked in the door the fear was removed. Everyone from Master Deninho and Professor Kevin to the students treat you like family. The higher level belts all take time to help you understand techniques and make you feel welcome.

I enjoy taking Master Denhino’s BJJ classes. His teaching style is clear, direct and movements that appear very technical, he breaks down step by step so beginner, intermediate and advanced students can drill at their level. As a senior woman I felt welcomed and everyone tries to help each other. Women of all ages must try his classes! The awesome warm up is an incentive to join. You will not find these movements anywhere else!
Master Deninho is awesome! You get out what you put in. He’s not going to hold your hand, but he takes the time to instruct and go over small details. He takes a lot of pride in his gym and makes you feel like part of the team. I’m very thankful to be learning from him.
Great training with professionals who care about your experience. Professor Deninho and Professor Kevin Lam have been attentive when training and educating me through my injury. Although I am at entry level, they do an excellent job at making me understand what I am doing. I recommend Global BJJ to everyone. Their training is setting the standard!

ACTIVE AND FUN! My Kids are having an absolute blast! Coach Mark is welcoming, communitive and patient with the kids of all ages. I can't wait to see what 2022 has in store for this facility, their coaches and all the younger children to join!
