  I've been attending Evolution MMA for six months now, taking Muay Thai and boxing classes. Before joining, I had never worked out in my life. I was a slug before I started these classes. Now I’m here a few times a week! The atmosphere in the classes is both challenging and positive, fostering a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to push their limits. I've seen a significant improvement in my skills and have never enjoyed a physical activity as much as I do now. The community here is wonderful, and being surrounded by such motivated, kind and patient people has been a great experience. One of the most rewarding aspects of training at Evolution is the boost in confidence I've gained. I have always struggled with my weight and self esteem. I now feel more comfortable in my own skin and hold my head much higher now. I feel more confident here at the gym and in my every day life. This gym has truly been a life-changing experience for me, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to start or continue their martial arts journey. You may be hesitating joining, but if I can do it, you can too!

  Visited while on vacation for BJJ and had a great experience if I lived in Naples this is where I would train. Welcoming, great coaching and very competitive! Highly recommend

  Called several bjj gyms in the Naples area for adult no gi classes over spring back, and this was the only gym to contact me right back, I’m glad they did! Great space, great instructor, true no ego welcoming vibe. As someone who has been doing jiu jitsu for 15 years and wrestling all my life, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you Instructor Noah for your time and talent, it’s truly appreciated!

  My girlfriends son signed up for a membership. He was give a free week and then told his membership would begin. During his trial period he realized this wouldnt work for him and wanted to cancel it just days after the free membership had started. This cancelation was made within the 3 business day allotment. The owner has since charged his card and will NOT return the money or cancel the membership. If this is how he does business he won't be in it for much longer.
