I’ve been going to Fuzion for a couple of months now and it’s been an incredible experience. Coach Revak and Coach Brown make Jiu Jitsu fun, challenging and incredibly rewarding. They know everyone’s name and no matter the class size I have always felt like I am given the proper attention to learn. As a beginner who has been to several gyms, this makes Fuzion unique. There’s a great mix of skill levels in the adult program that makes it perfect for everyone
My daughter has been training here for over a year and enjoys every minute of it! The coaches are amazing, they know martial arts and train themselves and have a passion for teaching. They encourage the students to be their best selves and it has done great things for my daughter’s confidence. She has also made new friends here and that makes training much more fun for her. I recently started taking classes and have felt welcomed by all and am having so much fun too!

I joined Fuzion Martial Arts back in July, and I’m so happy with my choice. I’ve trained at many gyms/schools but none of them compared to Fuzion. Everyone is extremely supportive and motivating while keeping a strong competitive spirit.

This is a great school. I have experience in martial arts but wanted my boys to be a part of a school that does not just give belts away to anyone. We visited a lot of schools and this one stands out. This school has an owner that cares, legitimately loves martial arts and has a great staff. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for self-defense, kickboxing, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Coach Revak and Coach Brown are great, Really teach you a ton of new techniques and skills! The environment is very encouraging and has a positive team atmosphere. Very glad I joined this gym

I've been training here for a little over a year now. Mainly kickboxing and some MMA/BJJ. The first thing that captured my attention was the friendly atmosphere, beginning with Master Revak, the head instructor of the school. He was very welcoming and informative in my first meeting with him. And his quick 10-second demonstration of one of the karate forms was flawless, which to me was a huge indication that what he taught was going to be accurate and of high quality. To no surprise, the kickboxing classes have been phenomenal. I had some background in TaeKwonDo (1st Degree), but this school teaches you far more than just some fancy kicks and punches. What you are taught is how to truly defend yourself in real time. Everything M.Revak teaches has been "pressure tested" so the techniques you learn in class ACTUALLY WORK! We get to test our knowledge during sparring sessions, which are carefully supervised to minimize injuries. Good sparring etiquette is absolutely mandatory. In addition, there's also a layer of MMA techniques that are blended in during class, making all the kickboxing techniques even more effective. As an added bonus, watching UFC fights make so much more sense now! All in all, the school is sound in its teachings and the atmosphere is very safe. The entire staff is top-notch and professional. The head master is the real deal Holyfield. And the cost for membership is beyond fair (better than most). What more can you ask for in a martial arts school?? If you desire to gain real confidence in your ability to protect yourself and your loved ones, come to Fuzion. You won't be disappointed.
I just started jujitsu at Fuzion 2 months ago, even though my son has been doing it for a while now. PROS: As a female coming into a “man sport,” it was very intimidating, but everyone made me feel welcome; they always give additional directions when learning new (or forgetting old😅) moves, and most importantly, they dial back their strength and skills to help accommodate a beginner female. The 6 AM class is perfect for my schedule. Their summer camp and after-school program, where they pick up the students from their school, is a godsend for us working parents! The studio is clean, and there are never any issues with parking. CONS: LAWD, DO YOU SWEAT!!! Do not expect to go anywhere immediately after unless you can take a quick shower! I didn’t realize how much of a workout martial arts really is until I started taking classes. I recommend trying Fuzion, whether for the kid's programs or taking a class yourself, especially if you’re a female!
This is definitely one of the best gyms in Charlotte hands down. Mr. Revak and Mr. Brown are amazing martial artists and instructors. The school is a great environment for people of all ages, no matter your skill or experience. The facility is also very clean and organized which is a plus. Both instructors were high level taekwondo competitors before transitioning Muay Thai and kickboxing so you can learn some cool unique striking most places can't teach. My favorite is the Brazilian jujitsu class.
Our experiences we have with Fuzion Martial Arts are fantastic. The instruction is incredible. The instructors are very knowledgeable, passionate, personable, & fun. You leave every class knowing more & had a great time. I’ve watched my daughter’s confidence & abilities soar to new heights.

Mr. Revak runs a great studio. I love it and my 8-year-old loves it. The instruction is fantastic and the culture is one of respect. I’ve been here for almost two years now, and I hope to keep going. Oss!

I can’t express enough how much our family loves Fuzion. Our whole family trains and has a class that fits each of us perfectly. The coaches are patient and energetic with the kids. They always feel welcome and encouraged while there. My kids ask to go to class everyday they are absolutely obsessed! The adult classes are challenging and there are always new technics to learn. It has been the only workout that my husband and I have been able to keep to and lost over 40lbs each! My personal favorite is kickboxing but have done the Bjj as well and had a blast. I am thankful to be a part of the Fuzion Family and plan to be so for a long time!
I am a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I have been training for 20+ years. Then I was introduced to Fuzion Martial arts by a friend to try Brazilian jiu jitsu and let me tell you i was not Disappointed. The instructor Mr. Revak is an amazing guy. He really communicates and demonstrates proper technique and form. If your looking for an outstanding instructor who is knowledgeable in martial arts I highly suggest Fuzion Martial Arts.

It started off as my wife and I doing kickboxing at Fuzion. We loved it so much that we quickly signed up our kids for the little dragons martial arts program. So now we spend everyday at Fuzion, and it really has become a second home to us. All the instructors are great! Regardless of what program you sign up for, whether it's kickboxing, BJJ, or the martial arts program, you will be in good hands. Classes and inviting and welcoming. When my wife and I started, we did so as part of our weight loss journey. Not once did we feel intimidated or overwhelmed, and everyone at Fuzion was nothing but supportive! Definitely recommend, no prior experience necessary!

My son has been in the Fuzion after school program for a year and a half and he loves it. He has made so many friends. It has helped him build his confidence. He is always excited to show me his new moves at home.
Our daughter was enrolled at age 5 and has benefited physically, mentally and socially while attending weekly classes with Mr. Revak. Mr. Revak always provides and encourages a positive atmosphere which allows the kiddos to feel comfortable and confident while working out and learning life long lessons not all sports can provide. The adult classes are fun and provides me a bonding opportunity with my little martial artist. All the instructors employ the same awesome attitude and discipline gained while training with Fuzion.
I love it here at fuzion! I started out only doing Jiu-Jitsu but soon started doing karate and kickboxing because of the quality instruction. Children and adults alike should all be here for martial arts in the Charlotte area!
My son has been going to Fuzion and I couldn’t have been more pleased with both the after school service they provide and the MMA program. My son has demonstrated discipline, respect, and growth in his MMA. They are very accommodating and always have fun events for the kids. I couldn’t have asked for a better MMA family!
My daughter has been at fuzion for about 2 and a half years now and loves it! She does Taekwondo, BJJ and kickboxing. She would be there everyday if she could. The atmosphere is welcoming and she has great relationships with the kids, adults and instructors. She has learned so much from Mr. Revak and has incredible respect for him. My two children and I are actively involved at Fuzion and take Karate classes together. My daughter has more recently found the Jiu Jitsu training as well and is loving the sport. It's a great environment to be able to train individually or as a family as the instructors are able to work with all levels of individuals. We highly recommend.

Fuzion has so much to offer to every member of my family. My sons started in the tarkwondo/karate program- it gave them confidence, skill, fitness, and a sense of pride. Now one kid has found his place in the kids' jiu jitsu, and the other loves kickboxing. We have a teen that does kickboxing with her dad, and it has filled a need that no other physical activity has for her, both physically and with self-esteem, and also camaraderie. Once my husband started the kickboxing, he doesn't think he'll ever stop. He's found his thing. I got to train with my kids when they were younger, and now there is a convenient fitness class option that really suits my needs right now. The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable, (!!) and really great to work with for all ages. I can't recommend highly enough.
Our daughter loves taking Jiu-Jitsu at Fuzio. The instructors are attentive, kind, respectful and create great family environment for all the kids and their parents. I highly recommend you come and see/try it for yourself!
I stopped in to train BJJ for a couple of weeks on a visit from out of town. I enjoyed the facility and the instruction. It was a very welcoming environment. I always hope that BJJ schools are creating an environment that welcomes people new to the art. It was nice to meet white belts that were enjoying their time on the mats. The training surface felt great and was very spacious. The floor had a great sub floor that made it a pleasure to train there.
I’ve been to quite a few martial arts schools in the past 5 years and this one stands out. The staff does a great job of making us all feel like family and showing that they care about my us (my kids and I) and what’s in our best interest. My kids love the classes and wish that they could come more. I myself started training in the adult classes and feel that in the short time I have been there both my martial arts and fitness levels have improved. Weather your looking to improve health, learn something new or be part of a great family this is the place to be.

Formerly owned by Urban Revolution Martial Arts until Covid forced the old owners to sell, renamed to Fuzion Martial Arts by the new owner. I like the instructors, they push you hard, but they know your limits, and you feel stronger after getting pushed to your limit. I am currently a 3rd Degree Black Belt at the school, and do enjoy classes, however my enjoyment has lessened due to being forced to take lessons online due to my parents concerns over Covid. (Reason why I'm 4/5) I'm hoping to get back in person soon, so that I can get back in shape and enjoy Martials Arts more than ever! -Liam Kelley
