My son goes to Achieve and really enjoys it. He was nervous at first but the class and Master Brian really helped him get comfortable. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for their kids to learn.
We have loved our experience at Achieve. Our daughter has gained a lot of confidence since she started coming to clases here. Master Brian and all of the instructors are just phenomenal with kids and really encourage and motivate the kids to try new things and work on their skills. We'd highly recommend Achieve if you're looking for a Martial Arts School!

Instructors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable! They are patient and enthusiastic with kids and new students. The place is big, mat is big to run drills. Brings back great memories of when I did Tae Kwon Do as a kid! Would highly recommend.

5 star review for Achieve, the best instructors. Positive approach with kids, amazingly taught my rowdy 3 year old focus and structure. Master Brandon is my kids favorite instructor and mimicks him at home. Master Bryan impressively commands attention from a room full of preschoolers. My husband and also take classes and coach Terrence does a great job sweating us out. A healthy family pass time. Thank you to all instructors and coaches at Achieve.

Achieve Martial Arts is an amazing place To learn Taokwondo. But, it isn’t as simple as that. Your child will learn life skills, how to be a leader, how to take direction, and all while learning how to be physically fit! The owners have truly created a nurturing, family community all within the walls of Achieve. We have been so blessed that our son had the chance to grow and learn here.
Achieve Martial Arts simply is the best..... Between both of my kids we have tried all of their programs (Taekwendo classes, Poomsae team, Peak team (travel team), Afterschool program, summer camp, parents night out, Remote learning classes during covid. And can only say it has been an amazing experience. Grand Master Justin, Mr. Allen and all instructors, they take good care of everyone and warmly welcome them to class. Thanks to a very special team at Achieve that makes this school feels like home for everyone. Achieve is an absolute representation to the taekwendo commandments. We are proud to be part of this family.
Achive is outstanding! I am a black belt and I just joined. On my first day there I felt so welcomed by the teachers, students and the owner. The teachers at Achive are world class... its hard to find coaches like the teachers at Achive anywhere else! They fixed up a lot of technique that needed to be fixed and now I feel confident to compete again! I am even learning how to use nunchucks! I live Californa. I fly to to North Carolina to have classes with the poomsae coach who is the Peruvian National Poomsae Champion. I highly recommend joining Achive.

Achieve Martial Arts is the best in so many ways! They do more than just teach Taekwondo. They help teach each student responsibility, hard work, and dedication. They know how to connect with the kids which makes them want to be there and involved. My family has been coming here for years for Taekwondo classes and also summer camps. The summer camps are amazing and they really put a lot of work and effort into making each week fun and eventful. Mister Allan, Master Justin, and the entire staff are like family and have really made a great and positive impact on our family. I cant say enough good things about them. Our 8 year old daughter has loved Achieve since day one. Their instructors are not only professional, knowledgeable, and talented but are also great role models to the kids showing kindness, respect, and integrity. The environment is a good mix of fun and serious learning. She is treated like a VIP with their after school pick up program. She's picked up with just a few other kids and chauffeured to Achieve where she takes a class M-TH and fun games on Friday. There's a great sense of community there. Our daughter has gained confidence and self discipline since being at Achieve that has helped her in school and with friendships.

I cannot sing enough praise about Achieve! This business has been such a blessing during remote schooling and with the after school and summer programs for our family. Allen and all of the masters are incredible with the kids. The level of mastery the instructors have in Taekwondo is unbelievable. They all have such a gift of teaching the discipline to everyone from tiny kids to adults. I'm so thankful for the programs and people at Achieve and highly recommend this business to other families looking for an after school or summer program for their children.
It is truly unique these days to be incredibly impressed with the quality and value of a service or product. When I took my son to his first Tae Kwon Do class to observe (free, by the way) I left thinking that the place was special. My son, who typically doesn't get overly excited about things, demanded that we sign up and attend the next available class, which we did and have been there for 4 months. Allen, the owner, is there everyday and greets everyone by name and with a smile. The care he puts into ensuring his students and families get the most out of their experience is evident in all that he does. The best part, at least for me, is the sincere dedication demonstrated by all the teachers, each of whom is a highly accomplished master of TKD. My son's teacher is Master Jason. The patience he has for these kids is incredible. Master Jason can take a class full of kids with a variety of ages (my son is 5), abilities, and focus levels and get them locked in and learning. He is gentle, patient, and the students respond to him in kind. I very rarely write reviews about stuff, usually only if my experience is exceptional. I can't say enough about Achieve Martial Arts in Matthews. We love it there!!

Great place to take teakwondo. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but my all time favorite instructor is Master Justin. He's great with the kids and has a world of patience.
