Kyosho Ian Thomas is a genuine dedicated martial artist. If you want to learn authentic Japanese martial arts amongst others, you would well to consider this is an authentic source for any of your training needs. Everything from hand to hand combat, self defence, knowledge and weapon training, Ian has decades of experience that is extremely valuable and passionately teaches it well to all if his students. I would recommend Ian and his team for teaching to anyone.

Easily the best martial arts club I have ever been to. The instructor has a wealth of knowledge and experience which he is keen to share with his students

Full Circle Martial Arts are dedicated to providing high-quality training to individuals of all ages and skill levels from kid's classes up to adults. They cover a wide range of disciplines, under the supervision of highly trained and skilled instructors. The head instructor Ian Thomas has been training in the ways of martial arts since he was knee high to a rattlesnake, and snakes don't have knees so that is a long time. You will not find a better instructor or class in the area. If you have ever considered training, or taking your kids to learn discipline, respect, and self defence. It is well worth a visit to check it out.
