This is an excellent gym. Professor Ricardo is an accomplished competitor and he has a deep understanding of jiujitsu both as a sport and a combat art. The atmosphere is modern and inclusive, but tradition and quality is entirely preserved. Having watched him for some time, I feel that he is a good instructor to both adults and children, and able to adjust between extremely athletic and sedate participants with ease. I would highly recommend this place if you're in the Manassas area.

Frontline JJ Academy is an awesome place to learn BJJ. Professor Ricardo has taught myself and my son how to use BJJ in self defense and to help us improve our skilss for BJJ competitions. My 9yo son has been doing BJJ & competing for about a year now & just recently joined Frontline this June. We are so thankful to have found such an amazing Professor and Academy! I have seen so much growth these last two month now he’s training with Professor Ricardo. We love his training methodology! He’s extremely supportive, encouraging and attentive to each student. He’s always been so kind, professional and welcoming. The facility is always clean and well kept. My sons says he would give him a 1000 star review if he could. Front Line Jiu Jitsu Academy is newly opened in April, 2023. Mr. Ricardo Ribeiro is such a very experienced black belt instructor and competitor. I have trained BJJ close to 7 years. I have followed and learned from him for 4 years. He not only has great BJJ skills and techniques, but also good morale and positive spirit. When I could not do some moves, like inverted guard, he has tons of patience and uses different ways to show how I can improve. He is such an amazing BJJ instructor to learn from. Also, if you like to compete in BJJ tournaments, he himself holds BJJ competitions locally and in other States. He can inspire you in some ways in BJJ So, come and try it out. You will like it.
