I really like taekwondo and its fun and my teacher is funny and I am learning a lot from him.
My daughter has been with Chi Martial Arts Academy for four months. She has improved tremendously in her confidence since she began. Master David connects well with children of all backgrounds, including kids that have special needs. What really helped my daughter was the initial private instruction for a month before putting her in a group class. The private instruction allowed her to be at ease in a quiet environment that did not overstimulate or overwhelm her. She’s been in the regular Tiny Tigers class for 3 months and enjoys going. She started the class very shy. It wasn’t until recently she began to use her “big voice” with her kicks, punches, and forms. Overall, I am glad we’ve found Chi Martial Arts Academy!

Master David is a very good teacher, he always tries to get the best out of Student . He is a very good mentor, not only teaches Taekwondo but also teaches soft skills like discipline , paying respect , care and good thoaught process to Kids.

I am a new student at CMA but in the three weeks I have been taking classes I feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident. Master David is awesome. He is able to breakdown moves and has unending patience especially for an old guy like me. :). My daughter and I checked out several other places, I am glad we choose Chi Martial Arts. This is the place to bring your family to if you are searching for martial arts! Master David has a way with children that is amazing. Our 3 kids take Tae Kwon Do. We appreciate the skills being taught but even more so the values... respect, courtesy, integrity. Within the first month, we noticed our 11 year old’s confidence & physical capabilities improving by leaps and bounds. Our 4 year old went from refusing to even try it (along with every other physical activity we’d tried before this) to asking me daily when we could go back. I feel my children are in a safe, nurturing environment where they can only continue to grow mentally, physically, and emotionally. I would highly recommend the Chi Martial Arts Academy to any parent wanting their children to develop self defense, discipline and social skills.

Master David is an outstanding instructor! We have been with him for about three years now and my boys have learned and developed so much under his leadership. He is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of martial arts; taekwondo, kung fu, kickboxing, lock & control vibration palm and more. Master David works well with all ages and is very professional. He is also very patient and does an amazing job with kids who may have special needs as well. My kids have truly benefitted from his teachings. This organization is very professional and well versed in most if not all fighting skills. David is very patient and humble when working with all his clients. He treats them like family and is most concerned with making sure everyone that joins learns his technique. My boys have been taking Taekwondo for almost three years now and have been with Master David for the past two years. We LOVE Master David and his teaching methods. He is very knowledgeable about all different types of martial arts and is very patient with the kids while they are learning their new skills. It has really helped both my boys with their coordination, confidence and strength. I would highly recommend coming in and giving his classes a try.
The Kung fu class is the best I ever attended. It made me feel more confident in myself. I learnt the skills needed for me to self defend. I enjoyed the teaching because is was fun and easy to follow and the instructors are awesome.Thanks to Chi Martial Academy I now feel like a whole new person with good survival skills and have found happiness within myself.
Had my first Kickboxing session and it was great. The is a small hidden studio but very professional, clean, and Master David was knowledgeable and patient. I’ll definitely return for more session especially with the current discounted price.
