As a recreational judo practitioner, I recently had the privilege of training at Forge Grappling and I am happy to share my experience with fellow grappling enthusiasts. I reached out to the club via email to explain I was in town for a while from Canada and would like the opportunity to practice Judo at the club. Mike quickly responded to my email, telling me I was more than welcome to join them at Judo and extended the invitation to take part in the Gi BJJ class that takes place before Judo. I arrived at Forge Grappling and was greeted with a warm smile and an invitation to join the class on the mats. There was an immediate genuine warmth and professionalism by Mike and fellow students alike. Scott leads the Judo class and his understanding of the sport shines. I truly enjoy how the both instructors work together to combine a little humor to make the class an enjoyable place to learn. The sense of camaraderie and mutual respect among members and instructors are immediately noticeable. One aspect that truly sets Forge Grappling apart is its focus on holistic development and open-mindedness. The club is offering classes in various disciplines (BJJ, wrestling, Judo) and they teach the sports individually not as an accessory to BJJ. The facilities at Forge Grappling are top-notch, providing ample space for training, as well as clean and well-maintained amenities. If you ever been thrown hard in Judo you will appreciate the well-engineered floor; the softest floors I have ever had the pleasure of training on. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the school offers classes tailored to your skill level, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and guidance. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Forge Grappling highly enough to anyone interested in pursuing fitness or the grappling arts. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals or an experienced practitioner seeking to refine your skills, Forge Grappling offers a welcoming environment to learn and train.

My son started attending last year with no knowledge of Brazilian Ji Jitsu and loves it. It's helped build his confidence and fitness. Mike is really great with the children and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I would highly recommend.

Can't recommend Forge highly enough, high level instruction with a variety of classes and professional coaches in both striking and grappling in a state of the art purpose-built facility. Also offers a fantastic kids and teens program.
