Great gym. Everyone is friendly and really accommodating to beginners and advanced practitioners. The camaraderie in the gym is infectious. Jai is an outstanding teacher, very knowledgeable and delivers information in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend Flow State. You’ll only need to come in once to see it all for yourself.
