    Flint Jiu Jitsu could not come more highly recommended. If you are looking for high level instruction & a competitive atmosphere, then you should visit Flint Jiu Jitsu. Head Instructor Mike York, is a 1st Degree Black Belt under Marcello Monteiro. Mike's knowledge, experience, & attention to detail is what sets him apart from all other coaches in the area. Flint Jiu Jitsu is easily one of the best gyms in the state.
