Very high level and detailed grappling instruction for children and Adults. I have had a great experience training with everyone there and my jiu jitsu has improved dramatically.

Head Instructor Mike York, is a 1st Degree Black Belt under Marcello Monteiro. Mike's knowledge, experience, & attention to detail is what sets him apart from all other coaches in the area. Flint Jiu Jitsu is easily one of the best gyms in the state.
