Posted 7 years agoI have been training with Flavio for several months and, for the first time in my life, I have enjoyed going to the gym! Great personal trainer: he has helped me to face my limits and has given me the instruments to achieve my goals. Thanks to his friendly and caring nature, his positive and supportive attitude, the training has been effective and very pleasant :-) I would definitely recommend him!

Great BJJ teacher and person with a very friendly team. I would definitely recommend him. Especially to those who are starting out in martial arts and want to work hard without being used for target practice. Too many teachers and team have either a big ego or they talk too much (or both), but with Flavio you can train hard, respectfully and while having fun. His dojo is one of the best I've practice in over the last 10 years.
I have spent a lot of time with Flavio and he is really an awesome Personal Trainer and Jiu Jitsu coach. Too many Personal trainers are self obsessed and vain always looking at the mirror at themselves. Not Flavio, Flavio listens to what your goals are and puts you on a journey towards them, he understands your struggles in the process and mentors you while in it! He is always on time, always accessible, he is humble in his attitude and grateful for the opportunities. His Jiu Jitsu is also amazing, his teaching is concise and he is very patient! He can put you through a Jiu Jitsu/MMA based training program to improve fitness strength and to learn to defend yourself or if you want to bulk for a body building or just simply to lose some weight, he can really help.
Flavio is an excellent trainer, and has helped me gain muscle mass (which I find difficult as an ectomorph). He developed a routine to suit my goals, and taught me proper technique. He has a great knowledge of anatomy which enabled him to help me recover from various long term injuries I struggle with. I also have begun training Jiu Jitsu with him, which is a full body workout. If you're looking to improve your strength or fitness, I recommend giving Flavio a call.
