By far one of the coolest gyms I’ve been to. Coaches are super dedicated to jiu Jitsu and are constantly evolving. The students here are very welcoming and great to roll with. Highly recommend!

This place has been life changing for me , from self defense to wright loss and health For some people it’s one day .. others day one ! Coach Liam is amazing and so is Coach Frizz. The kids program is awesome. You will learn a ton and the schedule is wide open with lots of fun classes and interesting seminars. The best joy Jitsu school in the north shore by far

Been training here for just over 1.5 years. Amazing group to train with! Supportive environment for a beginner and everyone helped me get better though those first steps. I’ve heard of gyms where members go hard on beginners to “weed them out” but this place is encouraging as you go though the beginner stage which can be intimidating.

Dropped in for an open mat on a Saturday morning, and were turned away at the door by a brown belt. Told us “we don’t show up to your house when we hear there is a bbq” (ok, but if you did we’d still give you a plate?). Been to a lot of schools globally and never had this happen before.
