Ian is one of the best coaches in boxing. Nothing but a zen experience since working with him. His level of detail and expertise amazes me every time. Very few coaches have his professional boxing experience. Took awful lot of dedicated research to find fighters republic. The premises are state of the art, it’s a wonderful place to learn the art of boxing! My message to those looking for a gym to learn. Your ceiling is only good as the coach who teaches you.

The boxing 🥊 club is perfect for my son. We have access for 3 lessons a week. 2 lessons-45 minutes and one lesson-1hour.Monthly we pay £40. The training is very organised. They have 15 minutes worming up; 2 minutes brake. 15 minutes they’re actually putting on the boxing 🥊 gloves and learning the movements ( my son adores this part). And the last part they’re working in pairs. The coach is very good with kids- explaining every task, instructions, asking questions about safety, importance of respecting the partner. The app for booking lessons is easy to use. The training room is spacious, enough room for children to run, box, and to get tired 👍😉 The building has all the facilities ( toilets, parking (pay as you go, 1hour £1.20),drink machines, coffee machines). My son said that he is recommending the club from the bottom of his heart ❤️!

I was expecting mostly carnage and tears from kids classes catering to 5-8yos. Ian has created an awesome structured environment that is safe and engaging for the group. He's patient and understanding in his coaching and my son's coordination, balance, and core strength has come on loads in the last 3 months. Looking forward to continuing to bring him and recommending to others. Only note for improvement, the classes can get quite large for one coach to spend quality time with each boxer

I take my 4 year old to the active abilities classes and he loves it at the boxing gym. He has autism so it can be really difficult finding activities that he enjoys and can take part in as he isn’t able to follow instructions very well (like most kids I know!). Ian’s class allows him to take part and be involved but still run around and be able to regulate in his own way. I’d highly recommend if you have a child on the spectrum to bring them to this class and if you are generally looking to use other classes, the facilities are great too

Absolutely brilliant classes, both of my children are enjoying learning new techniques and skills. Highly recommended, I wish I had started their classes soon with Ian. Excellent facilities and most of all lots of fun.
