Me and my family have been training with Professor Henrique Marinho and his family for almost 4 years now ,no regrets his methods to teach it’s very specific for each student children or adults,my kids loves the classes because the way he teaches kids with strategies to keep their attention and focus it’s a ordinary class they have fun while learning jiujitsu fight4life It’s a place that you can go and experience more than just jiujitsu, it’s safe place , respectful, friendly,family,we’re all very grateful for fight4life school and for our professor and his family all the effort they put into to make everything work the best way possible for each one of their students. I've been training at this BJJ school for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructor is not only an active competitor and tough coach but also holds a degree in physical fitness, which really shows in his teaching methods. He pushes us to our limits while ensuring we understand the techniques thoroughly. I came in as a blue belt, and he took me in without hesitation or judgment. The environment here is welcoming and supportive, and the people are genuinely cool and friendly. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend anyone to try this academy that is considering taking jiu-jitsu. They have a beginner’s class, and a adults class, and they also have a great kids class if you have children. I train here, and this place is like family to me. Awesome people, and great exercise 👍

The best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the area. Highly recommend. Unfortunately I can rate just five stars. They deserve more!
