I have been in the adult kickboxing and MMA classes for about 6 months. I would highly recommend this martial arts studio and I have done so to friends, family, and coworkers. For me, one of the biggest reasons I joined was to be kept accountable. Where I struggled in conventional gyms was attendance and taking time to research and create a quality routine. I attend classes because it is noticed when I’m not there, and I’m motivated to push myself harder than when I am on my own. It is also a comfort to me knowing that if my form is off, the instructors, who are very kind and knowledgeable, will let me know how I could do it better. Another cool thing is that every class is built a little different, to keep you on your toes and you are always learning something new. The workouts can be fun too. I appreciate that there’s a good selection of times to choose from, so I can fit classes in between working full time and then being busy with personal responsibilities from the moment I clock out. There is a really friendly culture and the other class members are really nice. What these classes have given me since I have started, perhaps a side effect, is the ability to better stand up for myself and speak up when I may not have spoken before, and that is really special to me. The strength picked up here carries into real life, so for someone like me who has a physically demanding job, it helps. I cannot reccomend this place enough. If you’ve read this far, take it as a sign to give them a call and try out a class. :)

Certain Victory are so welcoming and inclusive. Our son really enjoys training and feeling like he's achieving something. All of the staff are friendly and motivated. Aside from training, there are always events going on that provide opportunities to come together as a group and get to know the whole CVMA family.

My child has been training here for several years and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The instructors strike the perfect balance between discipline and encouragement, creating an environment where kids can learn martial arts fundamentals while building confidence and character. The classes are well-structured, keeping kids engaged while teaching important values alongside physical skills. They also offer additional evenings with fun activities so parents can drop their little ones off and have free time. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this academy to other parents looking for quality martial arts instruction for their children. It's been a truly positive experience for our family.

We love Certain Victory! We've been coming for about 3 years for the Tiger program (both of kids) and recently my son graduated to the Lion program. We've also had multiple birthday parties with Certain Victory. We come to most of their events as well! They treat us like family - and they're so good with the kids. We couldn't ask for a better martial arts place!

Our son has been attending the Little Tigers class at Certain Victory for a year and absolutely loves it! We have seen his confidence grow and he has absolutely blossomed since starting this class. The owners and instructors are very kind and genuinely love what they do - and it shows! We have our kid joined nearly a year in the little tigers program. It is totally recommended for small kid practice on action forms and most importantly, helping them to develop encouraging and confidence! My kid has such a big progress!
My boys have been attending for a little over a year and they really enjoy it! They are 7 and 8 now but started at 6 and 7. They love telling me all about the boards they break and testing for stripes to earn thier next belt color. Master Rich and Mrs. Sansanee are great! They instill the same discipline and manners we are teaching at home, so it great that we have other folks in their lives who are reinforcing the good stuff. They host all kinds of fun events for the kids like their amazing board breaking contest which was super cool to watch last year!! I'm hoping the kids can participate again. It was truly amazing to watch all the kids cheer each other on and work so hard even when competing against one another. Proud moment for lost of parents.
CVMA is really phenomenal. My son (4) was in the Little Tigers class with Mrs. Sansanee. She and the assistant teachers work hard to instill perseverance, respect, and courage, and confidence in our kids. And they do so with a lot of patience and a lot of heart. The session is packed with challenges, obstacle courses, life skill lessons, martial arts training, games….the kids have a complete blast and the parents do too just watching them. Mrs. Sansanee was amazing with my son and she is very good at working with each kid on an individual level while also teaching the entire group. The cost is also reasonable in my opinion and well worth it. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
At first I was a bit intimidated as a young woman going into a male dominated space, but was surprised at how welcoming and supportive everyone was since I started last July. I've been going to the kicking boxing classes twice a week and started to implement the MMA classes provided on Saturdays as well. I, absolutely, recommend these classes for anyone looking into materials arts or starting a fitness journey as it soon will become a second home for you just like it is for me :)

I started at CVMA a little over a month ago just to try it out, and I honestly love it here now! The kickboxing is an amazing workout and they make you feel comfortable being “new” (to both the facility and martial arts) right away. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, and each class is challenging for all levels. Ms. Sansanee is so sweet and inviting. She genuinely cares about the experience of everyone who sets foot in this facility. Rich is excellent at what he does. He is motivating, friendly, positive, and has a good sense of humor too. He has so much energy and pushes you to your highest potential each and every class. I’m also already seeing results, which is motivating in itself :) Highly recommend!
My kids have been involved for almost a year now. They love it. Makes a big difference in their respect, attitudes, personal discipline, and personal confidence. I finally was able to start this month. Love how hard I’m being pushed and encouraged in the classes. I physically and mentally feel better. It’s nice being part of a community that works together to be better. The skills I’m growing in help me to be better and I get to enjoy this activity with my kids!
We love Certain Victory Martial Arts! Our 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter absolutely love their classes. The instructors are great with kids and so patient. Our kids have learned a lot of martial arts skills and also real life skills. I love the morals and values that CVMA teaches the kids. My son and I have been going to Certain Victory for 3 years now, and it's a fantastic place. The owners and instructors are top notch... very knowledgeable, high energy, and always teaching something new. It feels like a community. I go twice a week, and I'm fitter than I've been in a decade. My son is a little shy and didn't want to go at first, but the instructors were incredibly patient with him, and now he loves it. Highly recommended for both adults and kids!

Updated March 2024: I've now been with Certain Victory Martial Arts for more than 9 years and I continue to love training here. The variety in the classes and the multi-dimensional nature of the workouts has kept me engaged and motivated. It's a supportive environment that welcomes people of all skill and fitness levels and though the coaches push you to give it your all, there's the flexibility to go at the pace that works for you. I'm so glad I did as I've been going for about 9 months now and I love it. First few classes were really challenging for me as I was a bit out of shape, but Rich is great about working with different levels of students knowing when to push and when to ease off. The atmosphere here is also very supportive and I've come to appreciate the team spirit within the classes. I also like the fact that each class is different and brings a mix of techniques and exercises to challenge and keep you learning and improving your skills. Several months ago, I joined Certain Victory, initially just to give it a try. Little did I know, I would come to love this sport. As a mother of two older children, I had doubts about handling Martial Arts, but thanks to the coaches' support and expertise, my fitness and confidence have soared. The group is incredibly supportive, and I thrive in the high-energy classes where I learn invaluable self-defense techniques. It's a new feeling for me to eagerly anticipate going to the gym. Never before in my life did I say "I can't wait to exercise!".
So glad we found Certain Victory for my teen. She has fun and enjoys the high energy classes while also learning how to defend herself! Instructors and owners do a great job…training discipline, endurance, mental and physical strength!

Great Environment, energy, and workout every session. I’ve recently signed up for Muy thai classes and Master Rich puts together great warmups to prepare you for your workout. Classes contain of bag work, pad work with others, 1 on 1 drills, and much more. The team is very helpful with great advice and technique, helping me improve every class.
Very pleased with this business. The owners are very easy to work with and my son has continued to love going to this dojo. Aside from learning martial arts, they frequently have parties and activities which keep the kids engaged and working as a team. It's been amazing to watch my child grow into the focused, responsible, and respectful little man he has become while training here.
My 7 yr old son has been going here for over two years now. What I like best is that, while the physical work is very thorough, instructors are very attentive and all the kids are held to high and attainable standards, there is a very big emphasis on forming the child as a whole. A big part of the training is teaching the kids to be respectful, responsible and overall good people. It’s not only about punches, kicks, blocks, etc. They encourage the kids to be clean at home, be diligent in school, be respectful to family members and also to be supportive in their communities amongst other valuable life skills. This all starts with the owners who are great folks that run a dedicated family business committed to enriching young people’s lives. They also run several volunteer events to help benefit the community. I can’t say enough good things and amvery pleased.

Ms. Sansanee passionately runs Certain Victory and is attentive in the experience she provides it’s students. Master Rich instills good values on his students and isn’t afraid to push them hard. We started coming to CVMA because our son was interested in martial arts. As he was progressing through his classes, this became his favorite place in the world. Not only are the classes full of different exercises and great fun for the kids, they also teach them respect, playing well with others, positive attitude and perseverance. My husband and I started taking classes as well and we are so happy we took that step. Every class is different, stimulating and helps us push our limits. The main reason why we like it so much here is the people. The teachers are incredibly skilled and they make the classes fun each time making the whole experience such a treat, especially after a long day of work. We feel so lucky to have found this place.

I started off several months ago and picked this gym over the competition. I’m glad I did because Kru Rich and his Muay Thai class was extremely welcoming and conducive to learning. I learn something new everyday.

My active 5 year old son loves CVMA! He attends twice a week. The facility is very nice with plenty of space and new equipment. They carefully adhere to all covid safety guidelines and drop of and pick are are quick and easy. (Target is also right across the street for errands!) The owners and instructors are kind and encouraging. The pride in their work shows through with each interaction they have with both students and parents. They are creative and engaging and always have new activities planned for the students for each lesson. My son is able to get out some of his (bottomless) energy out and has shown increased strength and confidence since starting with CVMA! He especially loves the punching bags, breaking boards and obstacle courses. When students pass to the next color belt they are awarded with not only their next color belt but also a framed certificate of congratulations to commemorate the accomplishment! Highly recommend!

Working out at CVMA has been an awesome experience. The instructors challenge you to push yourself and everyone has a positive attitude. The equipment is sanitized between classes which makes for a clean environment. Great for people of all skill levels.
I've been attending Muay Thai classes at Certain Victory Martial Arts for a few months, and I have never left the class disappointed. Kru Rich will push you to make sure you've reached your limit. The workouts can be challenging, but will improve your strength and conditioning. Everyone I've met there has been nice and respectful. The place is always clean and maintains safe precautions during the pandemic. Overall, this is a fun place to get stronger.

I started out as a beginner back in February to get back into shape as I have not been active since high school. Certain Victory is definitely a one of a kind: the gym is small with an welcoming and bright atmosphere with a dedicated and skilled instructor. Master Rich cares a lot about us and our progress in our fitness journey. This gym feels a lot more like family-oriented community that pushes you to strive for the best version of yourself instead of an atmosphere where you do not feel welcomed and you are just another number in the books. These qualities make this gym a high recommendation to those that want to start their journey and didn't know where to start or invest their time and money. They have taken great measures to be able to re-open as well during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keeping well sanitized and clean equipment as well as the atmosphere in general. More than 6 feet between each partition throughout the gym so that you have your own space to work in. Before entering the building everyone has their temperature taken and there is plenty of hand sanitizer available before entering the gym area.

As someone who started out as an extreme beginner, not knowing how to do a burpee or frankly mostly any core moves, working out here has made me feel way more confident. It also is nice to hit the bags after a stressful day at work. My husband took classes here for a couple years before he convinced me to join and I only wish I had started sooner. Rich is an encouraging instructor, makes everyone feel welcome and included and part of a community — and pushes you to do your best. It’s not a popularity contest here. I go to the all-women’s class and it’s an athletic group with a fun energy of all ages and fitness levels. Sansanee is very friendly and responsive with questions as well. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to make a commitment to take care of themselves. It’s worth the investment of your time and money and energy.

I’ve tried a few different places to do kickboxing and I can tell you that Certain Victory far exceeds the competition. Not only is the facility clean and large, but the staff are all super supportive. There’s no doubt that the classes are hard but the sense of accomplishment you feel after each is totally worth it. Not only have I developed several boxing techniques, but I’ve also learned a variety of self-defense moves. I highly recommend if you’re interested in martial arts or just want a fun way to burn calories.

CV is an awesome gym. Master Kru Rich and Ms. Sansanee are both super nice people who provide karate classes for the kids, kick boxing lessons, Muay Thai training and very importantly, a family like environment. I came here looking to train in Muay Thai and to spar with people and got exactly that and then some. In the higher level Muay Thai class, I hopped in, threw gloves on and partnered up. We started learning how to throw different combos (punchs, kicks, knees and elbows), to clinch AND defend ourselves. All in all a wonderful gym to be so warmly welcomed into.

I took my brave step on beginner boxing class and it was better than my expectation. The environment is bright and clean. The music is always cheerful. Coach Rich is humorous and easy going. Boxing part is easy to follow-up and Rich is always next to the students. Wonderful place to burn out energy and learn skills.
Our good neighbor introduced us to CVMA,they gave my son a free trial class and he had fun. He liked it that we signed him up right away. Amazing instructors and they work with the kids according to their needs and capability. I would recommend CVMA to anyone looking something for their kids to do that is productive and will keep them active physically , mentally , socially, and emotionally at the same time boosting their self -esteem.
We have had an excellent experience at Certain Victory Martial Arts! My son was welcomed in and picked up the formations quickly as a result of Mr. Rich and all the instructors helping him. They provided a patient yet consistent atmosphere for the children. They also incorporate fun with water balloons and bounce houses, to ensure the children are engaged and experiencing news activities! 5 Stars to the team at Certain Victory!

The staff is very friendly and wants you to succeed. The instructors will challenge you but will encourage you to know your limits and to pace yourself. The classes are challenging in the best way and they create a fun, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to go back.
First off, I am not a martial artist; I'm just a guy who works a 9-5 at a desk. Certain Victory is the defintition of a mom + pop operation. The class I take isn't full of Greek Adonis's trying knock my lights out, rather a few normal people and a patient trainer in a welcoming environment. If you are a bit more serious, there are classes for that, and this place really caters to all types of training needs. I can stay after class and ask the trainer any questions I have. The claseses are held at times that make them accessible to the average person. I can't say enough good stuff, check it out!

Our entire family has had an excellent experience with Certain Victory! My wife first began taking kickboxing classes in the spring of last year- she found the school to be welcoming and the program to be challenging (in a good way). Shortly after she joined, our daughters (3 & 5) began in the Victory Lions program. The girls have gained a great sense of pride and achievement from being in the program which is really well-run and right-sized for them. They are learning valuable life lessons, while having fun, getting exercise, and meeting new friends. I recently also joined the adult programs with a focus on losing weight, stress-relief and strengthening. It's been too long since I've been active playing sports or with regular exercise but the school and its members are encouraging and I'm driving myself harder each class toward personal improvement bolstered by that sense of community. For both the kids' programs and adult kickboxing programs, we have been extremely happy with Certain Victory Martial Arts and strongly recommend them!
Love everything about Certain Victory! They treated me and my Fiancée like family. They helped us get right into our programs and gave us advice on just about everything we needed to know to get up to par with everyone who’s been there before. Mr. Rich is a great instructor and never lets you do the wrong thing. He’s always there to point out what you missed and helps you get back into the swing of things. The clean and friendly environment makes it easy to feel like you’re at home. Me and my Fiancée are glad we started classes there!!
Very welcoming academy and fun environment. I just started a couple of weeks ago and i already feel great! The classes are always at a great and quick pace allowing you no room for slack. You’ll definitely get a serious work out and learn a great martial art at the same time. Rich has been a great instructor so far as well. Great place to get fit and learn at any age!!
My son has been taking classes for more than a year now, he loves to be here. They have great programs for kids and adults. Teachings are holistic with fun and discipline. Mr. Rich is fantastic with motivating the kids to work hard.One of the best martial art studio in the area, highly recommended!
This gym has been fantastic! We have three age groups attending classes, adult, teen and youth. With so many options out there and to most gyms who are just about numbers, I can say confidently that this is not the case with Kru Rich and Sansanee. They spend time talking with you and helping you to understand all the movements and are very clear about their fees. It's about being the best version of yourself and giving 100%. We look forward to a continued learning experience here!
Ready to make a change with my diet and wanting a dedicated exercise routine, I started taking kickboxing fitness classes on Monday and Saturday mornings a little over a month ago and they are no joke. I've lost 16 pounds since I started. Rich is a great instructor who always switches it up. These are some of the best workouts I've done since playing football in high school. I leave every class with so much energy and confidence to take on the day. Can't recommend Certain Victory enough.
Love it here. Doing level 1 Muay Thai - awesome for folks that want to learn something new or meet some fitness goals. I lost 23 pounds in just about a month with hard work and a strict diet. Rich makes for a very personable experience. He pushes you when you need it, mixes up very dynamic workouts, and creates a great community through his team-oriented attitude. Can’t recommend Certain victory enough.
Certain Victory is a fun, bright, clean welcoming gym for martial arts training or fitness for adults or kids. Rich creates a very positive and fun atmosphere during class generating the perfect mix humor, motivation, skills coaching and fun. This is not like large gyms. You form camaraderie with other members and a personalized relationship with the instructors. Certain victory is the most fun place I have ever trained and I remain very motivated for my training sessions!
My teenage daughters love their kickboxing experience here! They started only a few months ago but are hooked on the classes, teacher, and overall community. It has improved their confidence and fitness. As a mom, I love knowing my daughters are learning how to defend themselves, too. I highly recommend Certain Victory Martial Arts.
A Great Place Until You Complain... I was with Certain Victory for two years and absolutely loved my time there, so much that when COVID began and they were shut down, I never even complained they were the only company I worked with who didn't even lower their price once they were only offering online courses. I was happy to see my local small business survive. Post COVID all classes must be signed up for, on a Monday about a month ago I arrived and the class was over booked. I was offered the demo bag in the middle of the room (with no COVID protections like curtains) or a bag way in the back which isn't with the class and you can't even see the work out board, I declined and said I'd go home. I told the female owner this wasted an hour of my time and that it wasn't really my problem the computer system made an error. I was annoyed and heard nothing but fine by Thursday night and returned. The male owner (her husband) started off the class with new sign up rules and then made a comment about people's attitudes...in front of the entire class. I asked if he meant me and was told, "Think what you want" and "you know what you said" leaving the impression I called someone a name and simply didn't point out they wasted my evening. I walked out of class and the female owner spent 10 minutes refusing to give me the membership cancellation info claiming her husband didn't say that and blamed "stress" she also mentioned we were friends. Well my "Friends" never called me out this and ownership thinks attempting to bully their female clients publicly is acceptable.
