The coaches are brilliant — friendly, supportive, and really know how to bring out the best in the kids. Since joining, their confidence, fitness, and skills have improved so much, and they always look forward to every session. It’s such a welcoming and positive environment, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about every child’s progress. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great wrestling club for their children!
Empower wrestling is great. Coach Omid is very insightful on wrestling. As well as the great teaching there are high level wrestlers who will give advice and be helpful on how to improve.
Been at Empower Wrestling for 2 months and enjoyed every session a lot. Coach Omid is very knowledgable and has helped me improve my game each class. Respectful gym with a lot of high level wrestlers that help you push your limits. Leave every session feeling great, can’t thank them enough.

There is plenty to talk about the Empower wrestling Team and Mainly Champion Coach Omid, known him for past few years, when he first told me about the Kick boxing and Wrestling for kids, i was looking forward to have my 5Yo son join which he did last year Nov 2025, from very first session with him he loved it, Omid not just help to develop skills there, he taught way of life style, giving every individual full his attention and knowledge, definitely best for every kid , their interest for sport and well being, the atmosphere at gym is phenomenal, all kids love being their and enjoying themselves, learning many things, definitely recommend to join him and his team for the best coaching in town.
Great gym, Omid has been really helping me these last few months. Would recommend to everyone for self defence, general fitness and confidence building!

I cannot recommend Empower Wrestling Academy highly enough! From the moment my kids walked through the doors, they were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made them feel right at home. I’ve been taking my son to Empower Wrestling for a few years and he loves it. His coach Omid, is passionate and committed to giving the best training. Not a friendly place Just because I was doing wrestling with another club in Manchester, when i asked this coach I move to Sheffield and I wanted to wrestle he kicked me out of the gym without any reason This coach (Omid)is not a person you want teaching your kids, 👎
