Great place for kids to learn some Kung Fu moves and self defense, apart from letting energy gooo! Highly recommend, kids love it there

A great kung-fu club, and great instructors with passion and commitment. Chris started training my son around 5 years ago and he loves going to his classes. Totally recommend it if you want your child/yourself to build up their/your kung-fu skills, but also to gain resilience, confidence and new friends!

My 5year old son started here in October and he is loving it going twice a week, I also started going to the adult Kung fu on a Monday night as it’s at a convenient time to do so, Chris the instructor is great at what he does and everyone else is very welcoming

My son has been training with DG for a few years now and loves it. As a parent who has also done a few martial arts styles over the years I am very impressed with the way that Chris teaches the kids classes. He manages to somehow keep them all in check and engaged. They really respect him and listen to what he has to say. It's a great club and I highly recommend.

So glad I found this, such a fantastic Kung fu school! The classes and instructor are super friendly and my two kids love it. Lots of variety in each class to get the children moving and motivated- mine are always practising at home after and can’t wait for next week! Really handy location too just off Wick road.

After many years of relatively NO exercise, I saw a Fb ad for GB Fit, NEW classes in Brislington, and thought why not give it a go? I messaged, and was called back soon after, and my first class was booked! I liked the fact, I was offered 2 Free classes, to see if it was the right fit for me, and soon after, met with instructor Chris Baird, and started my classes. Chris is an AWESOME instructor, who is friendly and supportive, his teaching style is easy to follow and he is really encouraging. Within 2 months of attendance to GB FIT, Brislington, I have been put forward, taken and passed 2 gradings, and am now the proud wearer of a Blue Sash. Not only have I seen my fitness levels increase, and continue to do so, my confidence and self motivation have had a real boost too. A massive thank you to Chris, for all his continued encouragement, and I can't wait for the next grading! I would recommend this class to anyone and everyone, of all fitness levels. 5☆ All The Way.
