  Rad and Lise’s capoeira classes have been a big part of both my daughter’s lives for years. They create a really lovely, welcoming environment where the kids feel free to express themselves and explore all sorts including: singing, learning Portuguese, playing instruments, as well as learning the capoeira moves. It’s a great all round club for kids and adults. Would highly recommend.

  Our daughter is learning capoeira at AOM since a few months now and loves it. Lise and Rad are fantastic teachers who transmit their passion and respect for this Brazilian martial art in a very positive and motivating way. Learning about the culture and history of capoeira, songs, playing the instruments, the moves and how to be part of a community is such a rich and holistic experience for the children. Great place and great atmosphere!

  One of my best decisions - to join AOM 😇 I found it being a fantastic way to improve your fitness, gain confidence, learn about yourself, and make friends! Professor Rad is great at motivating and coaching, passing his knowledge, no matter your level. Safety is a big priority in this school. Always clean, well aired, bright space. Beautiful environment for self development - good vibes and smiles! Me and my husband both go here, - so works well as a couple's hobby! We love it!

  Rad is an absolutely brilliant teacher. My boys have been going to him for 6 months now. I’ve never met a more sincere and caring teacher, who all the kids respond to so well. He is so unique in his teaching methods, and amazingly his approach resonates just as well with adults as it does with kids. The quality is superb, the groups are sensibly sized. Rad is an absolute hero, and his team with him are superb. 5 stars and more :-)

  Rad is an amazing, encouraging teacher who takes time to show the techniques. Rad will show the big picture to help make sense of this awesome sport. Everyone at AOM is very really welcoming and friendly. The club accommodates anyone that walks through its doors. There’s no ego’s only a group of people learning together. Couldn’t recommend more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
