Michael is an excellent instructor. He is able to demonstrated and coach moves and concepts. What shows through the coaching and training is he cares about the people he is training with and he respects the abilities and connects with all skill levels.
Was very impressed with instructor Mike and his teaching. His students are also very tough but respectful and helpful when training.

Mike Tadros is an exceptional martial artist and teacher. I have had the privilege of training with Mike as far back as his karate days with Kaicho Tamon Kashimoto. We have had many matches together through the years and performed demos as well. We also served as Police Officers together and I can tell you one thing for certain. You are going to get realistic training at his dojo. I highly recommend this school. Make sure you bring a towel because you will sweat.

He provides a challenging and beneficial class. You will learn self defense, self control, improve health, and boost your confidence with his guidance.
Traditional training in every sense of the word, Awesome teacher, helpful and patient... all about technique. Would give it 10 stars if I could.
Great place to train Jujitsu. Mike is really knowledgeable and knows how to transfer that knowledge really well. You learn and practice until you are able to move naturally and properly defend yourself. I highly recommend this class.
Instructor Micheal Tadros is a highly experienced and diversified fighter in many styles who served and retired from the NYPD. I trained with him in my earlier years in NYC and he always exceeded my expectations. Rock on brother.

Teacher is one of the best. Trained by Renzo Gracie, 3 time Sambo champion. Only certified Sambo school in MN. Teacher trains at next level. Very good!!!
