Jack Hampshaw Head Coach

black belt

Jack is a black belt with over 11 years experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and no-gi grappling, competing in elite level competitions and on various shows. He also has years of experience teaching swimming to children and adults and has a passion for coaching.

Paula McHale

Paula has been training and competing in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and no-gi grappling for over 7 years. Paula runs the womens classes as well as some of the mixed adult classes.

Really good training environment. Great instruction and guidance where techniques aren't over complicated, allowing you to figure things out for yourself with the help of the instructor if needed.

Great gym for anyone and everyone. Really detailed instruction and since the coaches regularly compete the techniques taught are all tested at a high level. Really friendly atmosphere and just all round great BJJ.

Great place to train from beginner all the way to advanced. The coaching is different to other jiu jitsu gyms it’s just not drilling but realistic games and concepts you can apply in competitive settings.
