Posted 2 years agoGreat gym for anyone and everyone. Really detailed instruction and since the coaches regularly compete the techniques taught are all tested at a high level. Really friendly atmosphere and just all round great BJJ.
Posted 2 years agoGreat place to train from beginner all the way to advanced. The coaching is different to other jiu jitsu gyms it’s just not drilling but realistic games and concepts you can apply in competitive settings.
Posted 2 years agoReally good training environment. Great instruction and guidance where techniques aren't over complicated, allowing you to figure things out for yourself with the help of the instructor if needed.
