  Honestly, one of the best gyms I’ve ever come across! The atmosphere is so upbeat, positive and welcoming. Everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and the energy is just unreal.I’ve never experienced a gym with such a friendly and motivating environment. Whether you’re experienced or completely new to Muay Thai, you feel supported and encouraged. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! 🖤🔥🥊

  As a woman in my mid-40s, joining the women's classes at Cobra Muay Thai have been a life-changing, life-improving experience for me. The gym offers a clean, modern setting with a fantastic environment that is friendly, inclusive and incredibly welcoming. The camaraderie amongst the female members is applaudable and one of the many reasons why I signed up. The coach is an asset to this establishment, and is deeply knowledgeable and focuses heavily on excellent technique work, making the environment perfect for absolute beginners and advanced martial artists alike. The classes are excellent value for money and the coach often gives us more time than scheduled just to make sure every member has learnt what was required. In just 3 months of training here, I have achieved 6kg fat loss, greater flexibility and endurance, and I feel stronger than ever... & let me tell you, this is no easy feat for a woman of my age! I trialled many different martial arts places before making my decision to stick to Cobra Muay Thai and I'm thankful and privileged to be able to train here. I cannot recommend it enough for any woman looking to start or advance her fitness journey 🙌🏽

  One of the best Muay Thai gyms in birmingham no doubt Coach always gives 100 percent effort in each class he pushes everyone to become their absolute best he treats everyone the same regardless if ur a beginner or experienced definitely recommend 💯

  Started about a month ago, and honestly i love this place. The coach is really good at what he does and is a sweetheart, they also have women's only classes and men's only classes which I really like to be honest.

  ​I only joined this gym a month ago, and even though I was very nervous at first, the experience has been amazing. The coaches here are truly the best; they really focus on teaching you and building your confidence. The brotherhood is incredibly strong. Everyone is supportive and friendly, regardless of what level they are on and they genuinely want to help you improve. I am definitely staying here and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

  Very good gym. Tayo and the team are excellent at what they do. They offer 1 to 1 or classes. In 1 to 1 you definitely learn a lot more as it’s just you and the coach. Any bad reviews are just lies… You can’t pay for an economy ticket and expect the chef to come cook your food like they do for business class it’s same with Muay Thai. What you pay for= What you get. Keep up the hard work lads💯

  My 11-year-old son has been training at Cobra Muay Thai for about a months now and absolutely loves it. The coaches are amazing with kids – friendly, patient, and professional. He’s gained so much confidence, fitness, and discipline. The gym has a great atmosphere, and i'm really happy with the progress he’s made in himself. Highly recommend!

  Decent gym overall and the vibe is mostly positive. Coaches are solid and put in a proper shift. To be fair, they try to teach well and keep the atmosphere upbeat. That said, it does feel like some people get more attention than others. If you’re not in the coaches’ good books, progress can be slow, sometimes stuck. I’ve seen folks graft here for years and still look like month three, even with dedication. Classes get too busy for the space, so you end up queuing for pads, missing reps and struggling for sparring space. Bag work is non-existent at times. Not here to slate anyone. The owners and coaches seem like good people and mean well. It could be much better with tighter class caps, clearer pathways, and making sure everyone gets some eyes-on time. Solid place, just frustrating at times is all. Take this as constructive feedback from someone who wants the gym to do well.
