I attend the women only sessions and it has been an amazing experience from the very first lesson. I enjoy attending every week and the coach pushes you very hard and wants the best from us. Thank you so much and I definitely recommend to anyone.

Best MMA gym in midlands great coaches and experienced very happy to teach, the guys are all humble and friendly, real brothers the atmosphere is great you couldn’t ask for more in a MMA gym. It’s sad cuz I relocated and I can’t be there… wish the guys lots of success!

I’ve had an amazing time doing kickboxing, I attend women only sessions. I’ve seen real progress and he pushes you hard. The atmosphere is great, I’ve loved every session.
