Master Ronaldo hosts wonderful birthday parties!! There were a lot of games that also tire the kids out while also not letting them go too crazy. The kids favorite was the bouncy house and I recommend everyone to host their kids bday party here!!

My kids started taking taekwondo classes here about year ago and it has been an amazing part of our lives ever since. Master Ronaldo is an incredible teacher and role model!! All the classes here are fun, exciting and meet the needs of each of my 3 very different kids for different reasons. They’ve all developed into better athletes with improved coordination and focus while also learning responsibility from leadership opportunities. I am taking classes here as well. They are always fun, truly empowering and the best way to stay in shape! This is a special place and we are very grateful to have found it!
Champions on Avenue C is the best! Instructors Ronaldo, Jada, and Imani provide a perfect balance of structure and flexibility with the Little Tigers, and my son loves coming here every week. They make their directions easy to follow and stress free, even if you don’t know anything at all about martial arts. Give it a shot if you think your kid will enjoy structured physical activity where they’ll move through levels and get better over time.

The instructors and instruction are wonderful! Our daughter participates in the Little Tigers program, it was her first time in anything and head instructor Ronaldo and staff Jada and Imani won her over. We look forward to signing up our boys when they’re of age.

This school is the best! Instructor Ronaldo works really well with the kids. I have two boys. One had made it all the way to black belt, and my younger son is an orange belt working his way to become a black belt liem his big bro.

There is such an energetic, welcoming vibe here, and at the root is Instructor Ronaldo’s constant enthusiasm, knowledge and genuine caring for all the students and their families. Martial arts involves so much more than kicking, punching and self-defense – it incorporates discipline, respect and cooperation among all. These values are practiced daily with tangible benefits. The kids are more confident, focused and coordinated in many areas in and outside of the dojang. I signed my daughter up over two years ago (when she was 4), and ended up participating myself – we are both on course to earning our black belts. The entire community is supportive and encouraging, respectful and happy. It’s an amazing experience.
My niece and nephew truly enjoy learning about taekwondo. They also learn self discipline and self respect and also for their members. My nephew (10) is now a brown belt and also part of the leadership, which is cool helping other members learn their from. My niece (8) is now a red belt and part of the black belt program. They have been doing taekwondo since 2019, and even during pandemic, they were still able to go over their forms and practice. I enjoy seeing them grow and learn more about themselves through this everyday!

This is the greatest organization ever. As far as workouts overall physical fitness self-confidence self-defense, and weight loss Champions, martial arts is the best going for taekwondo. There are no complaints. Or disappointments. Champion martial arts in Avenue C has one of the greatest instructors in New York City I speak from experience. I never felt better.

This place is amazing for kids. It’s fun and helps with discipline and fitness. The master is very energetic, professional and patient. Every child was treated with kindness and respect when I was there. I will definitely highly recommend this establishment to any parent considering signing up their children.
