My 7yo daughter has been training in Jiu-Jitsu for over two years now she loves training at Catalyst’s Loveland location. The teachers are great with kids, and the students and parents are very welcoming and kind. My daughter competes in grappling tournaments and the techniques she has learned at Catalyst have all instantly been useful in competition for her. We would recommend this gym to anyone in Loveland interested in learning martial arts.

WOW. We have been so impressed by Professor Todd and his wife. This gym has such a positive and encouraging culture for our three kids, ages 6, 8, and 10. They really care about the success of our children and the building up of their character and skills. All the instructors are top notch. We highly recommend!

Nothing but great things to say about Catalyst! We have tried a few other gyms in Northern Colorado over the years and are so happy we found Catalyst! They have a great program instilling respect, discipline and perseverance, a flexible training schedule, and a welcoming environment. The instructors are great with the kids and we have seen a huge improvement in our kiddos Jiu Jitsu skills since switching! You can tell they genuinely care about their students development. Highly recommend!

I was visiting some family in the area and stopped in a few times to get some rolls in. Todd and the other coaches were extremely welcoming and kind. There are some very talented athletes in this gym and I was a big fan of how Todd's classes were structured. I've been to a handful of gyms in this area, and Catalyst would be my first recommendation. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Love this place! Kids have been going for years, coaches treat kids fair and care about their success from the start! Multiple class times and locations means we can always get a class in no matter our schedule.

If you have been searching for a great place to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that has passionate coaches, look no further. I have experienced other gyms and these coaches and owners love Jiu Jitsu so much they are always training and bettering themselves to help both young and older athletes grow and become champions.

I was so intimidated walking into jiu jitsu for the first time as a women and let me tell you everyone made me feel like I belonged there. All of the instructors are so kind and encouraging they make it easy to come back. Even though I’m a beginner and am slow to learn things they are always rooting for me. The community here is phenomenal and upper belts will show me moves while I’m rolling while letting me practice on them. I highly recommend this school to anyone who’s thinking about trying it you will love it!

Catalyst Jiu Jitsu has extremely high-level instruction for Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing. The kids teams are extremely successful in local tournaments, and the adults are killers on the mats. But, the environment is friendly and supportive. The instructors are truly interested in your personal well-being and your journey to becoming a better martial artist and a better person. Since I started at Catalyst I have lost 30 pounds and my Jiu Jitsu has improved exponentially. I cannot recommend it enough!

By far, the best jiu-jitsu in Northern Colorado. Our boys have gained confidence and self-esteem from the moment they began classes. Catalyst has wonderful instructors, who are not only amazing at jiu-jitsu, they also teach the students respect, discipline and perseverance. I would highly recommend Catalyst to anyone interested in jiu-jitsu!
