  💙 Great atmosphere, very welcoming. I was worried at first as my son is on the spectrum and does have some motor skills that aren't always on par with others but this has benefitted him so much. Master Thiago @Carson Gracie Orlando is the best and you can see his passion for the art as well as teaching. There is a reason Carson-Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is renowned - definitely check it for yourself.

  I can’t say enough good things about Carlson Gracie Jiujitsu! This gym is an absolute gem for both adults and kids. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease—whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a total newbie. The instructors are top-notch, patient, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve, no matter their age or skill level. For adults, the classes strike a perfect balance of challenging drills, technique, and fun rolls that leave you feeling accomplished and energized. For kids, they’ve created an environment that’s safe, engaging, and confidence-building—my little ones actually look forward to every session! The community here is fantastic too; everyone’s friendly, supportive, and there’s no ego in sight. It’s rare to find a place that caters so well to all ages while keeping the experience this enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great time on the mats, Carlson Gracie Jiujitsu is the spot!

  Look no further. Trust me. I’ve had my teenage son at other schools and they don’t compare. Thiago and his team are the best. Not only are they super knowledgeable, they are the nicest and friendliest people. Thiago treats everyone like family. My son has learned a tremendous amount under Thiago. Keep up the good work!!!

  I signed my son up for classes and he loves it . I also signed up after hearing all the good times he was having, Thiago is amazing and he is a great teacher. He is very welcoming and makes the experience enjoyable and not intimidating at all. Great place!!!

  My son started jiu-jitsu back in February and loves it. We have seen him grow so much already in the last 6 months. Thiago has created a family like atmosphere here, and my son loves coming to practice. I have even done the kick boxing class with coach Rey and it’s a great workout. Try a free class you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. 🫶🏼
