    My son trains Jiu-Jitsu with Master Jonh, and I only have praise! He is very attentive and efficient during the classes, always making sure the students perform the movements correctly. On the mat, there is always more than one instructor assisting and supervising, which brings a lot of safety and quality to the training. I truly recommend it to other families who want to have this same positive experience.

    I came to visit this gym today and it is a wonderful community. I hit the women’s class taught by the talented black belt Lyann. If you are a woman I HIGHLY recommend checking out this gym. The women were awesome and very welcoming. If I lived in FL I would be a member of this gym in a heartbeat!

    I've been here over 9 months and have built great relationships with everyone. When I moved to Winter Garden Coach John kept in touch with me prior to me joining. He's not only a great mentor but also someone I consider a friend. I'm grateful to have found a school so welcoming and friendly. Both coach John and Coach Lyanne are the friendliest down to earth people I have ever met. It's not just about jiu jitsu. It's about how can I progress as a better person in my every day life. When you join, you will find more meaning to your every day routine.

    I had the pleasure of joining their open mat this Sunday, and was welcomed with open arms. Everyone I met and rolled with were very down to earth and technical. Will definitely be back. If you want to level up your Jiu Jitsu, come see Jon and Lyanne at Sanity!

    This place has a very welcoming atmosphere and chill vibe! I visited from out of town when I was on vacation. Professor John is very skilled and informative with his technique. The entire class was also welcoming I got some good rolls in and learned some new skills as well. If you’re looking to start jiu-jitsu or just visiting the area I definitely recommend this school.
