  Scorpion Jiu-Jitsu: Imagine a sauna run by disco lizards where grappling is foreplay and enlightenment smells like Lynx Africa. It’s a pleasure dome and hauntingly majestic.

  Having studied in several martial arts for many years, I highly recommend Scorpian Jiu Jitsu in Bury (near bottom of Tottington Road). Great, fun atmosphere, good syllabus, especially recommended for young Ninja's as it teaches life skills of discipline and co-ordination and interaction and respect! Sensei Steve is a dedicated professional, great with all age groups. Plenty of free parking and handy superstores nearby!

  I've been at Steve's club for two years now and i have learned a lot from his place because he doesn't just teach you if your being attacked by some random person on the street. He teaches you how beat someone in self defense if their a boxer or have any other training in a fighting style, he also shows you how to win if your on your back and the other person is in a dominant position like how to escape or trying to get them into a hold in self defense of course and I feel that this is a great place to build confidence if you are put in a certain situation and you have to defend yourself.

  I go to this club every Thursday & Saturday. By far the best Martial Arts club in Bury! Great educational Inspiring instructors Traditional BJJ and Japanese Jiu Jitsu!

  Great gym top vibe on the matt , get down and learn some real life skills builds confidence and get you in shape . My coach John Barlow teaches here on a Monday , he’s helped me lots with tightening my game . Keep up the good work everyone !!!!!
