Bruno is unlike any instructor I’ve ever seen. He always instructs with safety and integrity first. Acquiring his knowledge in the fields of health and self defense is such a privilege. I can tell you from being a white belt student, that his classes are filled with tons of knowledge, techniques, patience, friendships and humor with not a second to spare. If you want to peek in the realms of fitness, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or just self defense in general, there’s no one like Bruno who will get you there!

I took lessons from Bruno for 6 months personalized lessons never thought I would want to pay for something like that however I made a mistake it was well worth it do JKD is what he showed me and taught me practical applications for it the best defense strong offense the least action reflecting the attack and a counter-attack is delivered at the same time cooking punching trapping grappling creating an opening efficient direct and simple and uncomplicated it was well worth the money I highly recommend him, he's got many years and many martial arts under his belt very knowledgeable in both fighting skills and to keep you strong and healthy highly recommended, he would only charge me for an hour and let me go up to 2 hours depending upon his time great guy, speaks very clearly about the skills to learn well trained, and an excellent teacher.

John Bruno is a great instructor and I've benefited from both his training experience and his martial arts background. At 65 I had a disc fused and found John as a trainer, he helped strengthen my core, improving my strength and help me recover faster. As a former wrestler i spoke with John and decided to take some jujitsu classes. I'm always hesitant on rolling with others but knowing John and his safety first attitude made me feel good about my decision. I appreciate John dedication to his craft .he's a full time professional trainer /martial arts instructor. He has not only exceeded the 10,000 hr mark to master his craft but is all in on training and martial arts .Dedication and always learning is John's way and sharing it with others.I would highly recommend working with John and learning from his experience and knowledge.
