Wayne is an awesome trainor and approachable too. Aside from self-defense you will also earn fitness at the same time. Friendly environment and clean. Location wise it is accessible from the town center.

Fantastic classes for self-defence! Wayne the instructor is very knowledgeable and gives both great practical Krav Maga instruction and also teaches you the theory behind it at the same time. Wayne is super friendly and caters for all ability levels (I was a complete novice and saw my confidence and technique grow and grow each lesson). Not only are the classes a great work out, they're such a giggle and Wayne teaches with a great sense of humour. I've actually made a few friends from the classes too and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Been learning under Wayne's instructing for quite a few years now and he truly does make the class fun. Krav Maga is a difficult and realistic form of fighting and that on its own can be quite intimidating to a first timer, but I've met a lot of new friends and shared a lot of laughs in the class. Everyone supports everyone in the class and Wayne makes sure everyone is going at the pace they are comfortable at. Even though I've been studying Krav Maga for nearly 5 years, I find myself learning something new nearly every week.

Excellent all round workout combining cardio and callisthenics with efficient and effective self defence training. Wayne is an awesome instructor, patient and knowledgeable with good delivery and a good laugh. I would certainly recommend Krav Reading to anybody with goals that include gaining more confidence / awareness, getting fit and of course learning how to effectively defend yourself in a variety of real-world situations

I joined Krav in September this year, specifically looking for real-life scenario self-defence training👊🏻. It’s been even better than I’d hoped. 🙌🏼 The techniques and moves are practical and hands-on; training each session is varied, making it fun as well as challenging! There is a great balance ⚖️ of instruction and demonstration, mixing serious application with light-hearted humour 😆. The Instructor is clearly well-experienced in the craft and is friendly, knowledgable and thorough. I’ve found that Krav Maga has helped to boost my confidence too! 💪🏼

Well worth going to , very interesting and good for fitness strength better than Gym memberships plus bonus of being more able in the event you need to protect yourself all round great activity . Wayne is a fantastic instructor! He is knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and has a love of Krav Maga that is catching! He breaks down each technique so everyone can learn it. Highly recommended
