Great training facility with quality talent and welcoming environment. I travel a lot and really appreciated the hospitality of this great gym. The facility is well organized and well kept. The professors were welcoming and the students are of very high caliber. Highly recommend Gustavo and his team. Will definitely be coming here whenever in Portland.
Posted 1 year agoIf you’re looking to compete Gus is a general strategist, creating an army of jiu jitsu competitors. I’ve made some of my best friends and learned a lot. Great and welcoming atmosphere.
Posted 1 year agoMy kids joined BTT's kids program in January after spending a few months at a different gym and the difference for them has been night and day. We knew from the first class that there was a level of intentionality in the children's program that was unmatched by other local programs. Ours kids have grown leaps and bounds in both their technical abilities as well as in their confidence. All of the coaches and assistants (and admin!) have been phenomenal - from the moment they greet the kids at the beginning of class to the technical training and games, super thankful to have great coaches investing in our kids.
Posted 1 year agoAs an almost 50 year old, I had a bit of trepidation in trying Brazilian jiu-jitsu (or any martial arts). I’ve been attending about two classes a week as well as an occasional private class for a few months. I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with Gus, his team, and my fellow students. Gus fosters an atmosphere of collaboration, mutual respect, safety, trust, and enjoyment. I always look forward to attending and highly recommend.
Posted 1 year agoMy son who is seven joined the Top Team Happy Valley gym about seven months ago. It’s the highlight of his week. I am amazed of how many skills that he learns in class benefits his everyday life outside of class. He’s puts forward more FOCUS and effort then I have ever seen. I am truly convinced this is the best thing for him. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring for each kids individual personality and needs. His confidence and determination have improved drastically. I can’t recommend it more.
Posted 1 year agoThis is where my family will grow roots. I have been doing jiu jitsu for 5 years. My kids have been doing jiu jitsu for almost a year. I used to have to pull them out of the house to go train but ALL that changed when I switched to BTT. My wife even started training and is loving it. The atmosphere is light hearted, and fun which is great for the kids. The kids programs provides the perfect amount of technique training and technical based games to keep the kids engaged for the entire class. It is very well thought out. Respect, focus and discipline are expected when you step on the mat. The professors are all experienced and successful competitors practicing what they preach and their is a TON of colored belts at all ranks ready to help you learn. It is refreshing to step into a program filled with so much passion for jiu jitsu.
My son started Jiu Jitsu a little over 6 months ago as a 4 year old so I was a bit nervous because he was definitely the youngest/smallest in the class. Turns out his size didn't really matter! He really enjoys learning the moves and playing with the class! My son's got a lot of energy and the coach does an amazing job keeping them active and moving! Love the discipline and respect aspect of the sport. PS. The coach and assistants couldn't be better with the kids!! :)
Great gym! amazing atmosphere and instruction!
It would take too long to list the ways jiu-jitsu has improved my life and life's of my kids. But I will say at brazilian topteam you feel like you're part of a family on and off the mats.
Our family has trained here for almost two years. My boys started first and I loved watching so much I also joined. Coaching is great, community is great. Recommend!
Very welcoming place. Have never tried any type of martial arts before, came in for a free week and I am hooked. Staff is amazing I felt very welcome from the first time I stepped through the door they have always focused on the safety of the student. Highly recommend coming in.
Been going here since I was 8 great place and great people make you feel apart of the team even if your just doing a trial most definitely recommend going here
I moved to Oregon a little over a year ago and found this gym. My jujitsu has improved greatly and everyone is very supportive of each other. Gus cares very much about his students and their progression. Also we have a woman instructor (Maria) who is ranked number 1 in IBJFF and just recently took first place at both Brazilian ADCC trials, which makes my heart happy!
Came into this gym 100% a newbie for their free trial week. Loved the attention I was given by the main coach and he paired me up with an upper belt student to take me through the ropes from stretching all the way to the end. I had plenty of experience in a physical competitive sport(boxing) but was a fish out of water on the mat and at 33 years old you feel weird asking for help but the coaches made sure to take it from the very top and teach me the fundamentals which was so appreciated. Been there for 6 months now and super impressed by their commitment to their BJJ family.
Love this gym. Been here since March of 2023. Found a home away from home. Coaches are all high level, very knowledgeable, actively compete, and know how to run a curriculum across all ages and skill sets. I wrestled my whole life and trained at multiple other gyms. This place has the whole package. aesthetically the gym is beautiful. And I just can’t say enough about this place. Highly recommend this gym to anybody thinking about getting their kids or themselves into Jiu jitsu. You’ll find a community of people that have your back and are genuinely interested in your progression through your journey.
Most welcoming gym in town. Best kids class/camp and best of all the competition team is no joke! Clean place and very well taken care of obviously
Best kids program without a doubt across the entire Portland area. Great people, great Jiu-Jitsu!
Best gym in the Pacific Northwest ! I moved to Oregon year and a half ago and coming to this gym was life changing! All the coaches are Amazing they pay attention to detail ! There is no limits of growth here they will help you succeed every way possible! Side note they hands down have the best kids programs ! Every single young student that trains here are some of the most respectful and driven young people I have ever met ! Definitely The place to bring your kids!
Amazing martial arts school/gym! Top competitors and best coaches in the PNW!
Amazing for my son (7)!!. A great blend of exercise, discipline, instruction, and fun. They have so many different activities to keep the kids engaged while learning. Amazing asset to our Happy Valley community.
Best gym in the PNW
Came for the holidays because the Bjj itch doesn’t stop itching. I’m always nervous training in new gyms, because I always travel with my service dog. After being recommended by my fellow We Defy ambassadors, I reached out over IG and the response was quick, easy, and welcoming! Big shout out to Nina who works in the front office and Coach Igor! Definitely will be back next time I’m in town.
Dropped into BTT Happy Valley while I was in Portland visiting my family and I'm so happy I did. They have top notch high level jiu jitsu, great space and mats, and everyone was so kind and down to earth. Highly recommend this school to anyone in the area. Plus you know from how they show up to competitions that they have high level technical knowledge. Thank you for having me!
Brought my 2 boys in for 6 months and they loved it. Great coaches, great facility. I'll be bringing them back in the winter for another 6 months.
BTT PNW & jiu jitsu has made such a positive impact on our family. My 7 year old son came for a 1 week trial a year ago and we've never looked back. The environment the coaches create attracts like-minded students/members so the vibe and energy is always great and feels like home. You can tell everyone at the gym is passionate about teaching and learning and so it never feels like a business. Flash forward to today and our entire family is training due to realizing the mental and physical benefits of this style of martial arts. They offer an affordable family pricing option to incentivize learning as a family.
I trained here for one year moving from California to Portland and back again. If you live in the Portland area this is the gym. They have top notch coaching and technique, and a friendly and welcoming environment. I’m so glad that I found BTT for my one year stay in Oregon. I’m going to miss this gym and all my training partners.
I brought my son in after having to take him out of school during the pandemic. He lacked self confidence and didn’t have many friends. Flash forward almost 3 years and he has learned to be self confident and most of his best friends have come from BTT. All the the coaches truly love what they do and want to see everyone succeed. I cannot recommend BTT enough to anyone. It has been such a positive experience for my whole family.
Started here in Jan 22 The coaches here have created a very positive family friendly environment for their students to learn. They have a watchful eye especially when there are children or new people are on the mats. They have a lot of patience, empathy and great understanding of the Sport of Jiu Jitsu. You can tell these coaches love their job! The family membership allows me, my 2 sons and my niece to experience Jiu Jitsu together, and there’s not a lot of sports that you can do that. This is a great way to increase core strength and cardio stamina while learning a sport that teaches you self defense. Would definitely recommend trying a class. Paris Bakkum
Highly recommended! Our kids have to be forced to have a rest day tells all about this gym. The coaches, staff and team mates really care about eachother here. It feels very close knit. They understand how to train step by step at every level. The Best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym!!
Best jujitsu and instructors ever!
These coaches are very involved with every student. This is a very solid program. My son is blessed to have access to the quality and style of coaching that is offered here. It's a family atmosphere for sure.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brazilian Top Team Happy Valley and Oregon City! All kids and adults should learn Brazlian Jiu Jitsu (the gentle art). Coaching and comradery are two of the most important aspects in a gym. When you join Brazilian Top Team, you join a family. Gus and his Coaching Team are incredible. They foster a team environment, are well trained, understand all aspects of the sport, communicate well, are hands on, cater to the needs of their students and focus on safety. This translates from the top down through all their students. The kids program is TOP NOTCH! They make the program fun and exciting for the kids. They always have a ton of coaches on the mats working hands on with the kids to make sure they are learning the moves correctly, are safe and most importantly having fun. We looked at other BJJ academies and are so grateful we chose Brazilian Top Team Happy Valley and Oregon City. My kids LOVE coming here. I can't say enough positive things about Coach Gus and his academy.
Tried out all the jiu Jitsu gyms on the east side, BTT Happy Valley made it a very easy choice. Professional, friendly, organized, consistent, with top tier coaching and athletes to train with, I couldn’t be more excited to be training here.
This gym is the top jiu jitsu gym in the area!! I have been a member since the start. It changed my life!!! Very affordable with more class options than all the other gyms Iv been at. It is a family, community friendly atmosphere with professional coaching! I highly recommend it to anyone, any age group wanting to start or is experienced in martial arts to check it out !!!!
My 5 year old daughter trains jiu jitsu here and we love it. Amazing coaches. My daughter gets unbelievable training from 2 black belt coaches and several other upper level/world class coaches. Good people, good atmosphere. I'm so glad this place survived Covid, I know it was not easy, but now it's thriving. Thanks, coach Gus!
Best jiu jitsu gym in the Pacific NW hands down. Excellent instructors, friendly atmosphere, but also competitive to get better every single day! I would highly recommend to anyone of any age or skill level who is looking to train BJJ to go to this gym. You can’t go wrong.
Their instructor is a top tier competitor, whose passion is coaching. The team is great, and the coach is great, both as a coach and a human being.
I have trained at BTT Happy Valley (on and off) since 2016. For the duration, I paid $75 a month to get coaching from top level Jiu Jitsu coaches twice a week. Personally, I believe that is one heck of a deal! Every coach I worked with at BTT was awesome. They definitely know their stuff and are solid instructors. Plus, they have tons of experience competing in both MMA and grappling and really care about martial arts as a sport and a way to live a better life. You will see reviews about this atmosphere being like a family/family friendly and it is...those are not hyperbole. There really is an open and accepting feeling at the gym and it is full of humble hardworking folks. Starting Jiu Jitsu in my late 30's was not the easiest thing and I am really glad I did it at BTT. I recently had to cancel my membership due to life with young kids, and it was with a good amount of sadness that I did. If anything, I came away wishing I would have been more involved. I would highly recommend the gym and hope to be back some day to continue training.
BTT is an amazing place to be! All the good things you can imagine no matter what your goals are for you, your kids or your whole family. Upbeat, encouraging, hard working and super knowledgeable Coaches! Safe environment and happy people looking to better themselves and those around them. It’s is always the perfect amount of challenge and support to grow and evolve!
I've been to many gyms in my life and this one is without a doubt one of the best. Great community, great coaches, and a very nice facility.
Great gym! The community here is awesome. They make you feel part of the family/team soon as you join. This is huge because when you look at gyms you want to fit in. The gym is clean! The Owner takes great pride in his teaching and making sure you progress in your Jiu jitsu journey. You will learn a ton in a very structured program. Thank you Gus for all you do.
Excellent atmosphere! My child has been in the kids program for two years and loves it. Best coaches around!
I'm glad I found BTT Happy Valley. The people there are super cool (generally true of most BJJ folks) and it's a professionally run academy with a lot of knowledge among both students and professors. I looked at multiple different options for BJJ and Martial arts - BTT is right in the ballpark with everyone else in terms of price and membership options, there's plenty of flexibility there. And frankly if BTT was a few bucks more than everyone else, it wouldn't matter to me. I see what the product is, and it's quality. Everyone I've met there is extremely helpful and patient with a beginner like me. The classes are well structured, there is no wasted time. Classes begin on time and end on time. Techniques are demonstrated and explained with precision. The staff watches what goes on, nobody is being left to their own devices to just kind of figure it out. It is a safe environment, you're not going to get paired up with a training partner who's trying to prove something on the mats at your expense. You can come in not knowing anything, and you're going to learn something and get a great workout at the same time. One of the reviews posted asserts you "Have to buy their stuff." I guess I missed that part, as I spent the first several weeks wearing a Gi that isn't BTT branded and nobody had a problem with it. I'll say this on that topic - there's another very prominent national BJJ academy which has a location in the metro area - and they are the ones who insist you buy multiple pieces of equipment with their branding on it. BTT doesn't do that, you can buy their stuff if you want but there's no "up selling" that goes on here. And I have a couple BTT Gis now, they're quality and I'm proud to wear them. I can't say enough positive things about BTT Happy Valley, it's been a great fit for me.
My husband has been training here for years ( he was a professional fighter before we had kids) and we've also had our kids in the kids program (we've taken a pause but can't wait to start up again once our kids are vaccinated!!). Gus is amazing but honestly all the coaches have been so great with our kids and have always made me feel welcomed even though I know little to nothing about any of it 😂 Can't recommend BTT enough!!
I’ve been training at this gym for several months now. The quality of coaches is amazing. They are all extremely friendly and passionate about teaching jiu Jitsu. They teach the techniques thoroughly and always are willing to answer questions. I ask a lot of questions and I appreciate that every coach is genuinely excited to answer/demonstrate the answers if needed. The students feed off the vibe of the coaches. The students are friendly, egoless and extremely welcoming. There is amazing talent in the gym and everybody is willing to help each other. I love the gym, love the comradery and love gaining these awesome jiu Jitsu skills.
So happy to have found this place. Been to lots of gyms over the years and this place is special. You can tell right away that they have a team and family atmosphere that's different from others. The coaches are all great and care. You get pushed and motivated in positive ways to keep working and progressing and the kids program is 2nd to none. Can't recommend a place more.
This is such a gem to find in the jiu jitsu community. It is the perfect mixture of hobbyist and competitors. Gus's passion for jiu jitsu shows. Very respectful and welcoming gym. The group of guys and gals are very down to earth. I highly recommend this gym. If you are curious to start your jiu jitsu journey this is the place for you. Anywhere you are in jiu jitsu Brazilian Top Team has you covered with plenty of purple and brown belts. If are even curious go here !!!!
I have been part of the Brazilian Top Team Happy Valley Family for about 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. The coaches are very ery friendly and knowledgeable but will also help you reach new limits. Professor Gustavo is very understanding and a true expert at what he teaches.I have to drive long distances to get my kids to class and I don't regret any bit of time it takes me. My kids have improved in so many ways and the training has help reach levels I taught almost impossible.
My two kids started with Brazilian Top Team a few weeks ago and the experience has been truly amazing. Gus, the owner, has created a supportive environment that encourages students to learn, grow, and compete with positive reinforcement as their fuel. For parents looking for self-defense classes and great fundamental fitness training, this is the right choice. Barebones. No frills. Just great teaching, staffing, and a well-thought-out program.
Really impressed with Gus and the team here. I started here at age 32 after multiple ACL surgeries and with zero wrestling experience. I was looking for a good way to stay in shape, stay active, and learn. I really love the humble vibes, the welcoming attitude, and the passion the staff has for their craft. I'd highly recommend BTT to anyone!
We love BTT! All the staff is so welcoming and helpful - my 5 yr old is in the little ninjas class and her confidence is growing more and more each week - all the coaches are amazing and do so well with the kids. They make class fun and the kids learn so much. My daughter is excited to go each week! I am doing the MMA HIIT Circuit class and it’s pushing me and challenging me in the best ways - I look forward to class with Dakota and our morning crew each week! The instructor Dakota is so supportive and hypes you up while also pushing you to be better and to challenge yourself, it’s an amazing workout with great variation of moves so you are never bored! Very knowledgeable staff who know what they are doing.
The coaches here are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and have a clear understanding of what it takes to be a High Level competitor. They also have a stellar kids program. Once you join, they make you feel like part of a family. I highly recommend this gym to everyone, wether you are brand new to martial arts, or have several years of experience. I came here as a BJJ brown belt looking to work towards my black belt, and It's very apparent in the quality of coaching that BTT will get me there.
I love this gym, everyone is super friendly.
Great gym!! Very knowledgeable and passionate teachers. Fun and competitive vibe! Whether you want to be a top level competitor or a hobbyist, this gym provides it.
So clean! Welcoming and diverse. Reliable and extremely knowledgeable staff 👍👍
I am a Brazilian Top Team Black belt. I have been with BTT over 8 years. I started with BTT and I am not even thinking to leave . This is my family, this is my gym. If you want to be a PRO this is a right place, if you want just to know how to self defense or just to be fit it is a right place too. My son is doing Jiu Jitsu with coach Gus, the Best kids program ever. See you on the mat. OSS
So blessed to be a part of this community! This gym isn’t just a gym but a safe place to let down your walls and grow, to make yourself better...in many different ways! It’s a well balanced environment full of kindness, discipline, inspiration, friendship, inclusiveness, heart, talented athletes and skilled professionals. Come check it out, guarantee you’ll fall in love, not just with this community but with life and yourself too!
The gym is a clean, safe place to work out and provides different levels of training that fits all lifestyles. The coaches are active competitors and teach fundamental techniques that have been tested in combat. Professor Gus genuinely cares about his members on and off the mats and the community he has built is priceless ♥️
Best gym by far!! Great coaches, super clean equipment and overall gym, excellent training and most important imo- tight family atmosphere. I’ve been attending here for a few years and I cannot explain how much these people have improved my life. They’re all amazing and great to see everyone’s smiles every time I walk in the doors. Doesn’t matter if I had a bad day at work or during these crazy times something else is going wrong in the world, stepping in to this place helps to forget the craziness for a few hours and helps my mental state so much! And of course the physical exercise is outstanding as well! Cannot recommend enough!
Been here for almost 6 years Definitely recommend for those looking to get out of the house and release some stress. Also great for kids and teens.👍
Love this place, the atmosphere and energy is great plus, very high level experienced coaches. Best place to learn martial arts
Brazilian Top Team is world renowned, so it’s awesome that we have an amazing affiliate here in Happy Valley! Nothing but positivity and inclusivity! I highly highly recommend it, it’s great!
My daughter have been going here for a year. She has learned a lot and had lots of fun along the way. Most importantly, she is learning a life skill and BJJ that she’ll have for life. Coach Gus and the assistants/staff here are amazing especially Cassie. She is vet attentive and knowledgeable and great with the kids. Did I mention the kids and parents are friendly! If you’re thinking about this for your child don’t hesitate. You’ll child will love it here.
HIGHLY recommend this gym! My significant other, friends, and myself have all experienced training here and couldn’t be happier. They also have an amazing kids program that they all seem to absolutely love. It’s a community like a family, with tough love that always pushes you to do your best. If you’re actively looking for a gym to join, this is the one.
This gym has changed my life in ways that I cannot describe. My mental health from being in such a positive up-lifting environment has never been better. My physical health is getting closer and closer everyday to where I dreamt it would be at when I started training at BTT. There are many opportunities every time you walk through those doors and get greeted by the friendly faces to challenge yourself and become better. Better physique, better attitude, better energy, and better relationships. BTT has given me the opportunity to become apart of a community that all has similar goals and ambitions. Be a better version of you. Lots of classes on the schedule if you can only do mornings or after noons they most definitely have something for you. Not to mention the diversity of the place, you have lawyers, doctors, firefighters, truck drivers, pizza makers, you name it! They all train under the same roof. The gym and environment is also very clean and has a huge open space with a wider variety of work out equipment that you always get one on one training with. Highly recommend to stop by and check it out I think you’ll be impressed:)
My 9yr old has been a BTT member for the past 4 1/2 yrs & loves it!! My son continues to learn new skills & has made really good friends. Going to class is something he looks forward to. Thank you coach Gus and Giancarlos, your all awsome!!
Signed my 3 year old up for the Tiny Ninjas program. She loves it and is excited to go to Jiu jitsu every week; the most I could ask for at this age. I decided to sign up for myself and it has been very rewarding. Great group of coaches/instruction, nice big mat area, and great training partners.
Gus and his team are absolutely amazing. My son has been going to the gym since April and he is loves it. He had his birthday party there and it was by far the best one yet. Gus and the other coaches teach these kids so many wonderful life skills along with Jiu jitsu. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone curious about martial arts. You will not be disappointed.
Brazilian Top Team Happy Valley is best gym experience ever. We have been taking classes at BTT for over a year; still LOVE IT!! We’re are glad that we have found a gym that’s for everyone in our family to enjoy it. My husband I do the HIIT workout while 2 young kids are trained for jiu-jitsu. All the coaches and members there are amazing! The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Highly recommended and hope to see you at BTT Happy Valley!!
Brazilian Top Team is the best training program! Jits, Boxing, MMA are just a few of the programs that BTT Offers. My family trains here - awesome programs for adults and kids. Keep up the great work!
BTT Happy Valley is a great gym loaded with talented, humble people. The environment is low-key, but still very much focused on development. It's an amazing squad here!!
Awesome Gym! Super friendly gym I recommend BTT to anyone at any level they have some training for you!
Did an Open Mat, and everyone was super welcoming. Great tough rolls, Gus is a great coach.
Extremely welcoming environment. High quality training with high quality people. Come check it out.
The coaches are all very skilled and great teachers, but perhaps even more importantly they have created a very welcoming and positive atmosphere. I first started attending classes back in 2011, stayed for a year and then stopped attending until about a year ago. When I returned I was welcomed back with open arms, and I was impressed with the progress the gym and students had made during my absence. The gym has always been a good place to train, yet they keep striving to improve. Everyone from the coaches to students have a growth mindset. Making each other better and building each other up is a high priority for everyone at the gym. I would highly recommend BTT Happy Valley to anyone.
I love this place, my home away from home. Each coach takes their craft very seriously and incorporates fun and understandable workouts, from old guys like me (43) to my 8 year old son.
I've been training here for a little under two years. I regularly participate in a variety of classes. The coaches are all fighters that clearly enjoy teaching. They answer your questions, give detailed explanations, and push you to achieve your personal goals. My fighting skills have improved significantly at this gym, under the tutelage of Jason Pittman and his team of superb coaches. I've lost weight, gained muscle, and learned a lot about my health. The atmosphere is always positive. I always leave happy, feeling good about my progress. We're a family, honestly. I highly recommend 503 to anyone seeking to improve themselves through martial arts.
Super sad about our experience we just had at this place. I signed my 5 and 9 year old up for a trial class on line, and then tried 3 or 4 times to reach someone on the phone to talk about what to expect, what to bring, etc. Never had anyone answer the phone anytime I called, And even though the coach said he got my message, he didn't try to call me back. We showed up for the class and were told by coach Gus that it was not age appropriate for them, He said my son might get to do the next class in an hour, but my daughter would have to go to a Monday or Wednesday class, so he wanted my kids to sit and watch for an hour while the other kids had their class. When I told him I tried calling for a couple days to check about the class, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he was not that good with the phones. We sat on the sidelines watching for about 20 minutes, my 5 year old was in tears knowing she could not do any classes that night, and although my son was very interested in it and might have been able to do something in an hour in the next class, I couldn't keep my daughter another 45 minutes and wait for the other class to start, so we just ended up leaving.
I hesitate to write a review because we only had one experience here, but it was surprisingly negative. My son has never done martial arts before and came in for a free trial class. They said hello to him and directed him to the class. He was in a group of 30 kids with 2 adults, (I think there was a third adult that was supposed to be part of the group, but he just walked back and forth and never interacted or spoke to any kids.) My son followed along with the group for the warm ups, and then after demonstrating a hold to the group, they partnered everyone up to roll. He was quickly put in a choke hold where he couldn't talk, and since he didn't know about tapping, he just had to endure it as the kid tightened up on him. The kid kept choking him until my son's neck made such a loud cracking sound, he let go of him out of surprise. Fortunately, he was not seriously injured, but I was shocked they wouldn't explain basic concepts like tapping to a brand new student, and just let them roll with no instruction. We've since found and joined another gym, and the experience there was night and day. In the first class, the instructors introduced themselves and talked with my son, checked in with him multiple times during the lesson, and spent a good amount of time talking through basic skills like how to fall properly (AND tapping!) before allowing him to roll. EDIT: We attended the 5:00 GI class on March 13th at 5:00. We called ahead of time for the best class to try out, and your staff recommended we sign him up for that class because of his age, and told us the coaches could work with him even though he was a beginner. He was introduced to the coaches as a beginner, which also gave them an opportunity to modify their practice or decline to work with him if they thought the class was inappropriate. Also, as I said, I hesitate to tear down a business, but the way an owner deals with a negative review tells you a lot about the way they manage their business. You said in your response: "Makes me wonder if you signed him up for the wrong class. Since we don’t actually let new kids live roll at first so that seems a little strange. Normally that’s the first thing we do if we are working any submissions. There is no way your son made it through the drilling without being talked about it. Sounds like a fake comment from someone who never came in." I agree, it all sounds strange, which is why I wrote this review to let you know. You chose to discredit and attack me instead of investigating how you could do better in the future.
