The BJJ Family is truly a family friendly environment, and as a woman I felt absolute safe, you can learn self defense, increase your confidence and make new friends. I highly recommend Brazilian Jiu-jitsu with them, it’s a “non violent” marcial arts, but the most effective as you learn day by day. Professor Reinaldo is the best coach! OSS🥋🖤

Amazing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy! The team is extremely professional, welcoming, and dedicated. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and always focused on helping everyone improve, regardless of their level. The atmosphere is friendly, respectful, and motivating. Training at BJJFAMILY has been a very positive experience. In addition to providing excellent physical conditioning, the academy offers a welcoming and respectful environment. The instructor is dedicated, encourages every student’s progress, and teaches the core values of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, such as discipline, respect, and perseverance. Training there has also helped me make new friends and develop greater confidence and balance in my daily life.

I am a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, but because I believe there is always more to learn, I decided to start again from the white belt in this Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class. Reinaldo is one of the best coaches I have ever trained with. He takes the time to work with every single student and teaches each technique step by step with great attention to detail and proper fundamentals. He also treats everyone like family, creating a friendly, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere. He is a caring coach who builds confidence in all of his students and genuinely wants everyone to improve. I highly recommend joining this Jiu-Jitsu gym as soon as possible. Welcome to the BJJ family!
