I have been training at this club over two years. Fantastic group of humans that are very welcoming. Ed the coach is a very passionate and knowledgable down to earth bloke. Relaxed atmosphere and I would recommend to everyone to start their Jiu Jitsu journey at Bow & Arrow.

I was recommended Bow and Arrow as a place to try something new. That was almost seven years ago. I’d never been active and wasn’t bothered about anything long term. But this place changed all that. The instructor, the environment and of course; the training partners are all excellent. Extensive knowledge and a fantastic place to either start your BJJ journey or to continue it. Highly recommended 💯

Awesome club, Ed is a brilliant teacher who explains and demonstrates things very clearly and with high skill. The venue and facilities are top notch. And of course the thing that makes the club is the people, super friendly and super skilled, everyone helps each other grow and develop. All in all, an awesome environment to learn and train, surrounded by great people and great instruction. Can't recommend enough.

Ive had the pleasure of Learning from Edward Atkin and the other members of the club, the atmosphere and attention to detail with the technique and drills is second to None. I would highly recommend this club to anyone who's looking to learn a martial art or even just improve their general fitness. Ive felt nothing but welcomed and respected since joining. OOS.

I’ve been training at this club for 7 years, I can honestly say there is something for anyone, young or old, beginner to advanced. The head coach, Ed is very welcoming and is very clear when instructing the techniques. If you’re thinking about training or getting into it BJJ - just do it. (First ones free)
