  My step son and I have trained here for the last year. It has done wonders for his self esteem, fitness and social skills. We absolutely LOVE Bora and it's because of the fantastic staff and programs they offer! Highly recommend for kids and adults of all skill levels.

  The experience of training at Bora is fantastic. The professors are excellent teachers and practitioners of Brazilian jiu jitsu, the facility is clean and bright, and the culture welcoming and inviting. My first day, no less than 10 people came up to me, introduced themselves, and had an actual conversation with me, welcoming me to the gym. Training bjj can be very intimidating when starting out, but not at Bora. Whether you are experienced or brand new to jiu jitsu I would highly recommend training with the team at Bora!

  When visiting from out of town, the folks at Bora welcomed me to drop in and join a sparring session. Rolls were great, everyone was very friendly and I hope to join them again sometime when I'm in town. The facility was clean, and they have showers. Overall I'd highly recommend them!

  Start with a free trial and you won't regret it. Super clean facility. Kid friendly environment.My son absolutely loves Coach Kyle and can't wait for his Tues/Thurs nights classes. If you go with the annual plan it's less an $20 per lesson (including the uniform)... a absolute bargain for what you get!

  We visited the Stoney Creek area and this place went above and beyond in accommodating our three year old ju jitsu master. Amazing coaches, very clean and organized facility. Highly recommend.
