I've been training with Rob Barham for a year now and it has completely changed my life. As a woman learning Jiu Jitsu has been so important in my own confidence and safety, I recommend everyone trying it, it's a killer workout plus you get to learn to kick some butt. Rob is a great teacher and makes you feel at home in every one of his classes. 10/10 would recommend.

Rob is such an amazing person, both very professional and personal. He is a extremely talented teacher. Filled with exceptional skills, knowledge and love. He treats every single student like family and the kids like his own. He is patient, understanding and fun. He makes every single class an amazing experience. My kids love him. It is truly like an extended family. The students are all so inviting and the atmosphere is truly exceptional. If you are looking for quality training no matter who you are or your fitness level, ybe assured you will be at home here. Amazing prices, amazing people, and always fun! Every interaction is filled with compassion, respect, and honesty. I'm so pleased to be a part of this experience as are my children. You can't get better than this.

Horrible experience! Not a safe environment! Instructor very rude and rough with children. Instructor was in a rush to do something, suddenly releases my son and dropped my son, leading him to land heavily on his head and even after seeing my child was harmed did not follow up to see if he was okay the day of or days after. Not a very understanding or caring person, should NOT work with children!
